This is a great cottage! Plenty of room and loved the location and decor. Large dining table for meals, jigsaw puzzles and mahjong! Nice patio with another table and gas grill! The kids loved the heated pool. I highly recommend this cottage and we plan to visit again!

It's the Gulf

Check in was easy, however the upstairs and downstairs air conditioner were not working properly. It was 85 degrees at check in. Repair man came right away and we thought issued was solved. The upstairs still didn't get cool. Repair man came back out on third day, because we didn't discover issue with upstairs ac unit until late the second night hadn't been resolved. By the last night, the ac was fixed upstairs. Besides the ac issue, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great for all the kids.

A slice of heaven

Fantastic resort! We absolutely loved the evening events - petting zoo - mechanical shark rides - water slides - live music! The beach access was perfect - we rented chairs and umbrellas each day, we enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse and still had our own private pool to come back to. We grilled dinner and watched the NBA draft on the outdoor TV while everyone swam. We had a fantastic dinner overlooking the ocean in the cluhouse restaurant. Highly recommend. House was beautiful, clean, and roomy!

Perfect location with lots of amenities. So many fun things for families to do in the complex. The kitchen was great for cooking for large family gathering. Management is wonderful and very responsive. Grill doesn’t cook well. The backyard pool is wonderful and fenced in. Neighbors are very close, we could easily chat with them over the fence so not a place for anyone wanting space or privacy. The beach is a short walk away. Beach chairs are 55/day and you do have to purchase a wrist band if you want the public pool, so just be prepared for pricy amenities outside of the home. Just read the instructions closely when you check in! They literally leave one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag and one dishwasher pod. The kitchen has lots of furnishings but is completely cleared of things like salt and coffee filters between stays. So it feels like a new home when you check in, but you need to be prepared to bring or buy everything a house needs for the stay. The good thing is they communicate this clearly, as long as you read everything so you’re not surprised. There is a Wal-Mart 15 minutes away that does delivery!

Beach Club #41

The house was very nice but we did have a few issues. The BBQ pit was very dirty when we got there and had to clean all the grates and grease pan ourselves. There was paint peeling off the stairway wall and one cabinet did not close. Other than these small things, we had a great time. Property was very nice and easily accessible!

Gulf Shore Vacation

The house was a perfect fit for a family of 9. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are tennis, raquet, and pickle ball courts. The house felt like a home away from home, and we cannot wait to come back. It is a bit a drive to orange beach and gulf shores, but a perfect location if you want to be away from the crowds.

Broken promises

I have rented many properties through VRBO. This has been by far my worst. They promised a warm pool. It never got warm. The technician lied and said it would be warm in 3 hours. We have a pool at home and it takes 12 to 24. The house and the pool were dirty with no attempts to correct the issue. There was a Desani water bottle (trash) behind the master bedroom nightstand. The kitchen potholder and towels were dirty. This was very disappointing my family was invited to a warm pool because we have a cold one at home. We were nickeled and dimed to death. Charge $200 for parking which is ridiculous. I will NEVER again.

Favorite Beach Place

Everything was perfect! The cottage has everything you need. You don’t need to leave except go to the beach (which is a short walk). It’s clean, it’s beautiful and my absolute favorite for a quiet family get away! Also, two amazing restaurants on the property!

It really is the gulf at the beach !

This house was clean and my entire family felt super comfortable! Plenty of room and space ! The pool was amazing and even the short walk to the beach was so convenient. Host was super attentive and felt like they were on standby ready to fix any issues we had! The area felt super safe and the staff issuing rides were so helpful and polite!

Tennis Tournament Get Away

We are all 65 and older ladies who still play tennis and enjoy competing in tournaments. The house was so perfect for us, after a long day on the courts we had a beautiful new home with pool, comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were so luxurious with great linens we slept great! I will recommend this property to my family and friends.
