Bayfront Vacation Home - gorgeous views and perfect for family vacation

  • Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from this quaint, private vacation home located directly on the bay!! Relax on the spacious deck and watch the birds and dolphins. There is a private pier for fishing or just soaking up the sunshine. The property is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of the main Gulf Shores tourist area yet close enough to visit all of the attractions if desired. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, and serving ware. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the main living area of the home. There is a bonus second full utility bathroom on the ground level that is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or to easily access while fishing off the dock. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Primary bedroom has a king sized bed, guest room 1 has a full sized bed, and guest room 2 has two twin beds.
    Closest Gulf beach access is about 1.5 miles away. Additional beach access points with paved parking 3.5-4.1 miles away. Ft Morgan historic site and beach are 8.6 miles away. Championship golf courses and fishing charters within 10 miles. The Village Hideaway Restaurant and shops at The Beach Club Resort are directly across Hwy 180 from the property (0.2 mile).

    This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS

    * Free guest parking - up to 3 vehicles on site.

    * Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's (no cable/satellite), and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, private pier.

    * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

    * Guests receive a “single starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soap per bathroom.

    POLICIES

    * NO Smoking.

    * NO Pets.

    * Must be at least 25 years old to book.

    * Check-in is 4 p.m. or later (no exceptions).

    * Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

    * A list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.

    * Rates subject to change up until time of booking

This home and location was perfect for our family getaway. We loved the location and simplicity of it. The pier was the highlight and we spent most of our time there, fishing, watching dolphins or just hanging out. We definitely plan to stay again!

Family Getaway

Excellent we love this house ,beds were comfortable, house was clean . Fishing was great if you like to fish this is the house for you.

We loved the area and the dock waking up seeing the water. The kids enjoyed exploring. The beds unfortunately were not cleaned under but an easy fix for a great location.

The house was in order when we arrived.There was a basic kitchen supply that wasn’t there as promised, but was delivered within an hour of inquiring about it.

Relaxing

It was a calming place to be and spend our evenings and mornings before we headed out to the beach. We woulld sit out on the porch and look at the water view.

Just what was needed…

We enjoyed our vacation to the Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back. The VRBO was convenient to all necessary items, while at the same time being remote and quiet. The location allowed us to relax enjoy the water or take a short drive to catch the ferry to Dauphine Island, walk at the wildlife refuge or shop at the Wharf.

Great Stay on the Bay

Great place on the bay to base your stay in the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area. Nice dock and covered area under the house to cookout and enjoy the evenings. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

Beautiful & Relaxing

This is our second stay as a group but my husbands 3rd stay. Never disappoints with how beautiful the house and the view is. Even enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the music from the beach club across the street. Thanks again to the owners for renting out such a beautiful place.

"The time of my life" the viewpoint of an 11 year old

From the booking, to directions, to all the comforts of home our experience could not have been better. The property is just as described, even better. We were so pleased with our stay and are looking forward to the next time we can be down by the bay!!!
