PROS: The marsh next to the house was great for birding.The walk to the beach was not long. 3 minutes.The beach was beautiful. The porch provided stunning views of the sunset. We loved the house and would definitely book again.CONS: The cleanliness could have been better. The bath matt in the lower bath was dirty. The window in the upper bedroom with bunks was covered in greasy little toddler handprints. I didn't have any children with me.I did not receive info about what was actually provided until I'd already left on my 16 hour road trip. NOTE: One trash bag per receptacle. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One roll of paper towels. No extra blankets. There were no beach towels provided. I could have packed most of this stuff before leaving my house but had to buy all of it from the DG down the road. We made jokes about the host actually owning the DG. The WIFI information was not available for 4 days into my stay. If I'd had iPad kids with me I'd have been dealing with major melt downs.Despite the CONS, we would absolutely stay at this house again. We loved the location for it's privacy and birding opportunities. We enjoyed the pool very much, as well as the beach.
