  • **Our Unit has been Totally Renovated> New Furniture in Every Room>EVERY Room Freshly Painted!! If you like less crowds and more beach, this is the place for you!
    Families of 8 are Welcome
    This great condo has just been refreshed and rejuvenated. Freshly painted with all new furniture. We fell in love with the view from both the balcony from master bedroom and balcony from the Family room. Incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches, sunsets are to die for! This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo features a king bed in the master with private bathroom and balcony. Bedroom 2 has king bed and bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over queen with twin trundle bed, ready for any family. Sleeps 8 comfortably, and 8 is the maximum number.
    Amenities: Free Wireless Internet: The condo includes 2 swimming pools, the Dunes pool and the community pool, 2 hot tubs and a workout facility. We have an access sidewalk all the way to the beach only 200 yards away. Very short walk, but you can drive and park by the boardwalk if you want.
    Fort Morgan offers a Wildlife Refuge, Bird Watching, Turtle nesting, Fort Morgan, and miles of sandy white beach. Don't miss the spectacular view of ships coming into the Mobile Bay. It's a fisherman's paradise, great fishing in the gulf and the bay.
    Nearby: We are across the road from Tacky Jacks Restaurant, and the Marina which is fun to watch the boats come in with fresh catch, don't forget to book your fishing charter in advance. OWA - Amusement Park, Outlet Malls, Great Shopping, Movie Theatres, Restaurants, Golfing, Zoo, Miniature Golf, and lots more.
    The Dunes in Fort Morgan is just far enough away from the crowds in Gulf Shores, yet close enough to enjoy all Gulf Shores area has to offer. Our area promises to provide you with beautiful beaches and gorgeous sunsets, hiking, bird watching, seashell hunting and a quiet family environment. Our condo building is just before Fort Morgan with protected beach areas surrounding the fort, which provides an "almost private beach" experience. It is truly a unique area of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
    It is our goal to provide you with a nice home away from home while on vacation.

We had a wonderful time!

The condo was comfortable and kid friendly The area was beautiful and felt very safe The views are outstanding, the beach was all my grandchildren expected and more. Renee was very accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Exactly as advertised! Beautiful beach and surrounding area! Property Manager/Owner is extremely kind, helpful, and overall really great to work with! My family and I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Had a great time with our 4 teenage sons. Condos was perfect and plenty of room to spread our. Renee is wonderful host, answered all questions promptly. We will be back!!

Clean and well stocked!

We have stayed in several different units here in Fort Morgan. This one was the most well stocked that we have ever experienced! It felt just as if we were home. It was clean, organized and decorated well. The host was extremely kind and communicates so well!

Love this condo!

We loved this condo and neighborhood. We hope to stay there again. The bedrooms are a generous size. Two full baths and a powder room made it eady to share the space. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need.I love the view off the balconies. Easy access to both pools and beach. Thank you, Renee!

Enjoyed our winter escape!

Beautiful condo overlooking lovely beach views and ships near Mobile Bay. Comfort of condo was quite good with kitchen well supplied with anything needed to cook. While a construction refresh of the property was under way, it did not diminish enjoyment of our activities by day and quiet relaxation in the evenings. We recommend this condo to others!

Fantastic Vac

Everything was as expected in the condo. The owner is great to work with. Even though our two year old tore the parking pass in half she didn’t complain. lol We had a wonderful day on our fishing trip where we met the boat close by at the Fort Morgan public dock. We definitely would stay again! 😀🏖🌊

Owner lied to avoid refund. Proof filed w/ VRBO, who couldn't help. Refund dispute = Legal action.

Upon arrival, we were unable to gain entrance to the condo due to having been given the incorrect Keypad code. The coffee decanter still had brewed coffee in it. The toaster, knife block, stove and microwave were greasy (recent splatters/incredibly old grease), dirty floors, dresser drawers had to be vacuumed and wiped to use. Toaster had crumbs on top of it, remnants of eggs on the counter. Under the rims ALL 3 toilets were covered in black. There was an awful smell upon entering. It was the washing machine smelling of spoiled vinegar. There was an excessive amount of calcium buildup on the shower/bath knobs and shower heads. The master BR carpet has many visible spots that look like an animal used it for it bathroom area. The metal balcony furniture was broken & dangerous on both balconies. Front door wouldn't lock. We asked maintenance man, he was aware. We were trapped in the condo many days, having to get the construction workers attention to ask to remove tape & plastic from the door that was preventing us from exiting. The windows were covered in plastic. Unable to use the elevator 95% of the time b/c the construction workers having the path to it blocked, us having to wait for them to move their things & scrape the concrete to let us past. Many times we checked the peep hole to see if we could open the door, all we could see was a mans CROTCH & scaffolding. Owner, Renee asked 'Would $250 for you family help your feelings?' Great place to stay!

We have stayed at the Dunes several times but this by far was our favorite place. The unit was very clean and the owners were responsive and helpful with different questions about the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Time on the Beach and at the condo

We had a wonderful stay at the condo and the beach. The condo was so clean and spacious and had everything that we needed and comfortably fit our family of 7. This was our first time at Fort Morgan and was our best vacation. The beach was not crowded and the ocean was so warm and calm. The pools were great as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Fort Morgan Location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great size for our family of 6. Our 3 smaller children stayed in the bunk room and our oldest had the second king bedroom to herself. The condo itself was very spacious and decorated so cute. Mary was very responsive and always answered my messages in a timely manner. We did end up renting a golf cart for the week which was huge when carrying everything to and from the beach! We purchased an additional parking pass for the golf cart - but was never asked for it and honestly didn’t see that anyone else had it for their cart. The pool is not heated but the hot tub came in huge as it was chilly a few days! Our kiddos had a blast at the beach and did even use the pool the last couple of days! We loved that this condo was away from town and all the hustle and bustle of spring breakers! Which that being said, we def. Planned ahead with our meals and utilized the community grills on the property! We would absolutely stay here again!

Winter get away.

We spent two months January-February there. The view is very nice. The condominium is very nicely furnished. Mary was always willing to assist in any way she could. Checking in was very easy. The wife and I would stay there again given the opportunity.

Wonderful week-long stay, awesome views and very kind owner

Mary was extremely responsive and over the top nice when I overlooked some details about my booking. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for myself, my wife, two young kids, and mother-in-law (who took the non-master suite and really enjoyed it). We loved the dual views of the beachfront from the main balcony off the living area and the second balcony off the master bedroom. We had access to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub and had zero elevator issues. The trash/rubbish was footsteps away from the front of the condo door - very convenient. Overall, the unit was very quiet. We never heard our neighbors (above or to our right) and we visited during the busy Fall Break season. Five stars! Would stay here again. Thanks for a great trip, Mary!

Fall family beach trip perfection

Our family of 4 {plus two grandparents} spent a wonderful week here in Fort Morgan. The beds in this condo are so comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Our two young boys loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The beach here {at the very end of Fort Morgan Road} is unmatched in its beauty. Thank you for a perfect fall family beach trip, Mary!

The perfect condo

The condo was lovely, exactly as pictured. All the furnishings were very comfortable and we felt right at home from the minute we got there. The kitchen had everything you would need for a nice dinner in. The pool was very nice with an easy walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great communication with owner, would definitely stay here again!!
