Overall the place was clean and nice, however a few things: 1. The toilet seat in the primary bedroom appeared dirty at first - no it was nicked in multiple places. For the nightly rate I would think a new toilet seat could be afforded. 2. We walked one day to find work being done on the ice machine at the wet bar. We weren't informed in any way that anyone would come into the condo and were taken aback. As we had received emails and texts from the rental company and the front desk had the same information, notification would have been appreciated. 3. When we checked in, we weren't offered the codes to get in and out of the beach gates and workout room. I would think this would be standard practice to give this information. I specifically had to ask for it. 4. The chairs in the living area are showing their age with dirt on the arms. They could use a good cleaning or replacement. 5. The queen bed in the primary suite came with only 2 sleeping pillows. Extra pillows were not in the closet. 6. No hangers were available in any of the closets. 7. The products to start you out - toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, soap, shampoo were of very low quality. 8. The initial email sent to me with instructions and the door code was missing information on how to contact the internet company (which if there was a problem I was to call per the email) and the parking rate area was left blank. I had to email back and ask for that information to be completed.
