Overall nice location, but trash outside, really bright LED lights and rust stains on the windows and a trash drawer that wouldn’t stay closed. Great communication and ease of check-in.

The house is truly amazing - the ability to just be steps from the gulf is unmatched. What we loved: location, location, location, space and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 13, plenty of cups, silverware, plates and bowls (this is often not the case for our big group). We appreciated the extra fridge (we used it for drinks) and the ice maker. The property managers who met us at check in and came quickly when we discovered the upstairs bathtub was clogged were fabulous. They also quickly answered the few small questions we had throughout the week. Finally, the pre-communication leading up to the week was quick and helpful and we didn't have any issues with check-in.What we hope the owners take care of in the off season: The kitchen pots, sheet pans, etc were old and could use updated - not really the "chef's kitchen" from the description. The vent in the upstairs bathroom desperately needs fixed - it was moldy and the paint around it is peeling off the ceiling. There was also some mold on the air vents in the bedrooms upstairs and some of the decorations/furniture throughout the house are rusting. Know it's very humid and hard to keep up with but could use a little refresh in some places, including the carpet on the stairs leading upstairs. Overall, the location is perfect, the house worked for our large group, and we were grateful for the support prior to and during the week.

Family getaway

Property was a a superb location! Water was clear and the sand was soft! Rooms were large enough for 5 families to have their separate room and bathrooms. They did have a sand toys and a few beach umbrellas. They had what we needed to make breakfasts, lunch, and dinner. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful! We would stay again!

Very nice beach house for multiple families

We selected this house for the proximity to the beach and the number of King size bedrooms. We had four families staying, so it is nice to have a bedroom for all of the adults. Only complaint would probably be the drafty/leaky windows and doors. Hard to keep the heat, humidity, wind and rain out. We had some nasty storms during our stay and cleaning up water that is literally pouring in was not fun.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home BUT......

This is a gorgeous house with a great setup. I accompanied a group of 19 young women for their college spring break. There were 7-9 other spring break occupied houses on the same street/area. The first night we were accused of multiple noise disturbances etc. that turned out to be other groups coming out of a party next door to us who were screaming in the street and neighbors justifiably complained (woke some of our girls up too.) Based on property manager's feedback, multiple neighbors were spying on the property, giving negative feedback like "doors were open" etc. which made girls uncomfortable - hurricane front doors were very hard to shut with weird handles. Person came to the house the next day after a maintenance request asking where I was and made my daughter to feel she was lying (I was at Walmart and ended up sending them a selfie of myself in the living room.) We were also contacted at 10:15 at night by the owner of the property management company the last night we were there (after I went to bed) about kids who were kicked out down the street and were warned that the occupants 'might' be headed to our house and that the property managers were coming over and we would be evicted if there was 'overcrowding.' Ridiculous. This was unprofessional, overreaching and hysterical behavior in my opinion and for that reason I am giving 4 stars because the stay was very stressful for me due to the constant barrage of accusations. If you have a spring break group, I would avoid renting here because they don't want you, have PTSD from past problem renters and are quick to accuse without facts. We treated the house with respect, there were no damages and the girls had a great time overall. If you are a family group, it is a lovely oceanfront home with VERY attentive property management/home owner advocate but not the most judicial or customer service oriented for the renter.

Wonderful house!

Close to the beach and very well stocked. We had all we needed and more! All of us hope to come back next year! A couple of concerns: the ice maker was so convenient but the floor in front of it is spongy because of leaking water; the upstairs bedroom door to the deck has a loose hinge; the middle bedroom upstairs has an inoperable window shade. However those things didn’t keep us from having a wonderful time! 5 star vacation!

GREAT HOUSE….GREAT BEACH

Easton House was perfect for our family of 10 (ranging from 5 to 75). The house is wonderful! The house is arranged so we could all have family time together or we could find a quiet place of our own. The kitchen is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed being RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Anyone in in the family could go to the beach anytime they wanted! With the ranges of ages in our group, that was very convenient. Another definite advantage for us was the beach itself. It is a beautiful less crowded beach. We felt like we had our own private beach. For us, Easton House was perfect!

Wonderful!

The Easton House was set up perfectly for our family of 14. And the location was incredible! The house and kitchen were fully equipped. Our only caution is watch out for jellyfish!

Our family loves this warm, welcoming home! We have stayed in several homes but from the perfect location to all the little extras, this tops them all. If you get a chance to book this property, grab it!

Phenomenal property right on the beach

The house fit 9 adults and 12 kids comfortably. Every detail of the house was absolutely gorgeous and very Beachy. The kitchen was great to cook in and was the gathering spot the entire week. We spent most of our time on the beach right in front of the house or on the back porch watching the waves, it was amazing! The only downfall was that some mattresses were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

The Best Beach Experience

Truly this trip was the best beach experience we've ever had. The house is incredible. Well laid out, cleaned, and stocked, it made our trip easy and enjoyable. More than the house itself, though, the direct connection to the beach with minimal stairs, the glass windows, and the proximity to tennis courts, a pool, and a market made our crew feel connected and at home. We regularly had a group on the beach, in the living room, in the kitchen, and out at the tennis courts, but it felt like everyone was together the entire time. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It's the only place I want to stay at when I got to the beach now!
