Beachin 'Ubicación! Justo enfrente de The Hangout y Gulf Shores Beach.

Este es el lugar perfecto para divertirse en la playa y mariscos frescos del Golfo
Debe tener 21 años para alquilar esta propiedad.
Condominio muy cómodo y limpio que tiene todo lo que necesita para que sus recuerdos de vacaciones sean especiales. Se encuentra justo al otro lado de la calle de las playas de arena blanca del Golfo. Hay un semáforo en el cruce de peatones para cruzar la calle fácilmente. Este condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso con estacionamiento cubierto y un elevador. Tendrás wifi gratis y TV Dish Network. Hay tantos restaurantes a poca distancia que los enumeramos al final de esta descripción. El muelle de pesca de Gulf Shores es una visita obligada, incluso si no pesca. El campo de mini golf se encuentra detrás de los condominios Beachview. Encontrarás muchas actividades en la playa, como parapente, alquiler de motos acuáticas y voleibol. Puedes alquilar bicicletas y scooters. Bonitas aceras anchas que facilitan moverse por la ciudad. Exactly as described. So close to beach. Elevator worked great. Extra parking for big vehicles was much appreciated! Only con, hot water ran out a few times.

Good value if you want to be in the middle of the action!

The room itself was cozy and comfy. It was right across the street from the public beach access, which is what I wanted. Plenty of good restaurants around within walking distance! Great stay!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The building had hot water issues twice, which were attended to quickly, but we had events to go to and had to attend without showers. That's why I gave it just 4 stars. Communication with our property manager was excellent. This building is in a great location for restaurants and beach--parked our vehicle and didn't have to use it until we left!

Gulf Shores 2025 Vacation

We have stayed here 3 times prior and always enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Hangout and Mikee's Seafood. This year we were disappointed with broken elevator. Room had some issues like broken broom, shower floor missing stones, and trash under the bed.

Girls trip to watch NCAA volleyball

Perfect location to do what we wanted to do. Parked the car in parking space under the building and didn’t have to drive anywhere until time to leave.

Close to beach

The unit itself was good - bed rolls alot so we put carpet sliders we found on 2 bed wheels which helped alot. Good shower, comfy bed. A/c unit wasn't able to keep the humidity down. Convenient to beach and The Hangout, which is a hoot. Gulf Shores State Park has a great boardwalk.

Do not park a truck under building

The place was nice. It doesn’t have a dishwasher, stove or oven which didn’t bother us too much but if you’re wanting to cook I’d look elsewhere. The sign on the building was overlooked and my husband parked under the building

Becky at Sunset Properties was absolutely sweet and went above and beyond for us to check in early! Unit and building are under renovation.

Great Location!

Our yearly visit to Shrimp Fest. Could not have a better location...right across the street. Never had to get back in our vehicle. All restaurants right there. The room was very clean and up to date on everything. We'll be back next year!!

Short stay

We came down for the Mardi Gras parade and stayed a few days. Room was well decorated and clean. It is a small space, but works well for one or two people. They did add a wardrobe rack in place of the shelf, which was a great addition for clothes, bags, and shoes. The location is perfect to walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach!

This particular room this time, #223, was absolutely perfect! The decor, room setup, ammenities provided, was all top notch and perfect. No issues what so ever! Location is amazing! You are just accross the street from the beech, a 1 min walk, incredible! So much delicious food, entertainment and shopping all within walking distance! One more thing, hands down the most comfortable bed weve ever slept on while away from our own! What a treat, we will definitely want to stay in this exact room for our next trip back to Gulf Shores☺️
