This room had a little of literally everything I was looking for- for our fall beach trip. Heated inside/outside pool (it wasn’t very warm but you could tell it was somewhat heated), hot tub, we did have a partial beach view from the balcony with direct & easy beach access- which was great. Host responded super quickly with what few questions I did have. Super easy check in (we didn’t get there until about 10pm our first night). Parking was a breeze- parking voucher in room easily accessible to us at our arrival. Also, owner did have a few really cool beach toys that we were able to play with & leave. The only thing, which wasn’t a huge deal for us, but the tvs were not smart tvs that you can sign into your streaming, it’s more like live satellite tv with a tv guide (we only watched tv at night to go to bed). There were like 4 remotes per tv & it was a lot to try to figure out, for us anyway. Also not a huge deal, but there was no tv in the “kids” room (we have a 14 & 5 year old & our 5 year old just slept with us in that comfy king size bed & our son took the couch). Also, when I went to do laundry, the dryer was full of towels..which was a little inconvenient, but I was glad they were clean & dry. Could have been worse ha. Overall our stay was great & we were able to make some good memories.I also was very excited to have the 4th floor. When we got there I realized we were nearly at the top (There’s only 5 floors) & I loved that!!! Thanks so much host, for the great stay

Check in was simple, we recieved an email with the door code. Parking was great even in the Wagoneer we were in. Condo was clean. Washer and dryer worked great.The furniture is old stained and not comfortable. Don't plan on doing any baking, like 3 small dishes, none that would hold a pizza. The balcony furniture was fresh from the kroger clearance section. One pod for laundry, one pod for dishwasher, one garbage bag. And of course the garbage dumpster is at the entrance, across the parkinglot. Only one of the 2 elevators was working. We enjoyed our time, but will look for a different location next time.

Stay in Orange Beach

Vacation with my family and it was our first time in Orange Beach. Check in was super simple and parking was easy. Our only complaint was the side view of the ocean. Perfect location for us and we had a great time. Thanks!

Quick Family Trip

The Condo was great for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should and having the washer and dryer available was very helpful. Would stay again. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.

It was ok.

Communication was excellent! Beach was close and nice. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean. The sheets don’t fit the beds and come off numerous times during the night. The refrigerator froze food while the freezer thawed it. The elevators were sketchy to say the least. We had fun but probably won’t be back.

Great stay on Orange Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Great location! It was easy to access the beach and pool area but much quieter and more peaceful than other big resorts. The room was exactly as described. We greatly enjoyed our week at Orange Beach!

Great choice for families!

LOVED this property. It's a bit further down Orange Beach towards Gulf Shores, but IMO that's fantastic because it cuts down on the busy street traffic. The host was extremely responsive to any questions/requests and went above & beyond to offer little extras to get your stay started. We were provided with starter amounts of paper goods and soaps, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/dishes, there was an air mattress in the closet, and there was a ton of stuff to use at the beach like chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, noodles, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very clean. The unit doesn't "face" the ocean, but there is a limited view from the balcony. The property has ~15-20 covered parking spaces, a small indoor/outdoor pool, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The building itself is older, but is well maintained and includes 2 elevators. If I had to complain about something, it would be the fitted sheets for the master bedroom. There is a topper on the mattress, but aren't using deep pocket sheets, so the sheet constantly slips off while you're sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are hoping to rent again next year!

Perfect beach location with beautiful views

We loved our stay and had the best time. We walked the beach each morning and found tons of shells and watched the sunset every night! The kids loved having there own room/ bathroom and twin beds. They loved the heated indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. The washer and dryer came in handy as we were at the beach and pool daily. This condo is in the perfect location for lots of restaurants and actives to enjoy and with in about 15/20 mins of Orange Beach or to Foley for more dinning and shopping. You will have to check out the Warf and OWA amusement park/water park and if you like pizza The Brick Oven in Foley is a must! We will definitely book again and we highly recommend.

Cute condo on the beach

Cute condo on the beach. Kids also loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Quite a few of the outlets didn’t work and toaster didn’t either but we made do and all in all enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed..

I have stayed in several vrbo condos over the years, but this was by far the most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever encountered… no tv in the second bedroom… furniture on porch was cracked and rusted… no hangers for clothes… broom was broke … tv trays were being used for end tables. We love Orange Beach but was very disappointed.

Not So Hot!

There was food stains on the counter tops. Sand still all over the floor. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Sheets were not big enough for the bed. Very slippery in the tub. Would pass this listing up again if I were to see it...

Great location and place to rest between activities

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the number of beds from our family of four! It’s an older condo that had good features that suited our vacation needs.
