Hermosa propiedad frente a la playa, acceso a la piscina (compartida por 3 casas), muy tranquila.

Encantadora, 2600 pies cuadrados, casa de dos pisos bellamente decorada. Cuenta con una impresionante vista del Golfo, ubicado directamente en la playa cerca de Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Alabama. No se permiten mascotas, No fumar.

Playa de arena blanca no comercial: ideal para actividades familiares. Cubierta amueblada que da a la playa, debajo del estacionamiento de la casa y fuera de la ducha privada para lavar la arena. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes regresan cada año. Una vez que haya experimentado nuestra maravillosa casa de vacaciones, querrá volver una y otra vez.

Our second visit

Beautiful, unique on the water that has had impeccable care. We enjoyed it so much on the first visit 4 years ago. We chose, and we're thankful for the availability for this second visit.

This property was great! It was nice to have access to the pool, an easy walk to the beach, and a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck and all of the windows inside. Easy drive to town but felt private and not in the middle of a crowd. We will stay again!

Great vacation

Great vacation. House is exactly what was listed. Had a total of 10 people and had plenty of room. Great access to the beach and beautiful views. Will definitely return.

Perfect wedding site!

This house is exactly like the pics. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Was perfect for our small family wedding event! Loved having the beach right in front of us without having to walk very far. Will definitely book again for future family vacation!

Just beautiful. It was a little chilly during our stay for Thanksgiving but we loved that we coukd still enjoy the view from all the windows. Kitchen has everything you need to make a Thanksgiving meal. The pictures really dont do it justice. Its nicer in person. Beach is a 20 second walk. You can sit inside and keep an eye on your family out on the beach. Just overal wonderful experience and we highly recommend.

Coco Beach House

Property was exactly as listed. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful beachfront property. There is lots of steps to get into the property so it can be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. Pool was nice and well-maintained.

Beachfront, quiet area

This was our third visit to Fort Morgan and each visit has been in one of this owner's properties. The house is exactly as advertised. It is gorgeous! The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, directly on the beach and away from the crowds. The owner is always responsive and easy to work with.

Great property, wonderful owners

We have rented houses from these owners for the last 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is always well maintained and even when the fridge failed this year, Karen had a new one there and installed immediately. Highly recommended this property!

Awesome Stay

We couldn't have asked for a better place than Coco Beach for our extended-family vacation. Everything was great! Communication with the Host awesome and prompt. Having the pool was great as we had a little one who loved it, especially when the wind was a little strong at the beach. We would definitely recommend.

Our Grand Cation

We gave all of our children a beach vacation for 2023 Christmas gift! We wanted to see all of our Grandchildren on the beach for the first time! It was AMAZING!! CoCo Beach house was perfect for all of us. Never felt crowded, more than enough space and equipped with everything to make our stay effortless! We were able to RELAX and we will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for having the perfect vacation spot for our family!

Fantastic place to stay.

We had 13 people in our family ranging from 3-68. The house was fabulous. They had everything we need. Beach was pristine! Water great! We couldn't have picked a better place. We will be back next year! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Best Family Trip Ever

We loved Coco Beach house. It fit all the needs of our family and the location was perfect. This house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful location. Just walk out to the beach. It was nice having the pool for our little guys to relax in the evening before bedtime. Very well equipped and Karen was delightful to work with. Great family vacation.

Perfect beach house with awesome views!!

Our family loved Coco Beach House! The views from all the beach facing windows were amazing! The house was perfect for us! The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. AMAZING!

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was newly renovated, clean and simply spectacular. We had 6 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of sleeping options. Karen was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The beach is very private with soft sand, there is pool access as well. I would highly recommend this property, it is even better than advertised!

The baseboards in the hall bathroom are covered in dirt. They just need a good scrubbing and they’d be great. I also suggest providing at least one dishwasher pod so we can run the dishwasher before we leave. Instead everything has to be hand washed unless you purchase your own. Most places I stay provide them.

Lovely Property with a fantastic view

A few of us get together annually and reminisce about our old US Navy memories. This year we picked this property on VRBO because they allowed "events". We were not disappointed, the beach front access is lovely, the property is clean and up to date. Communication with the property owner was quick. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen once again and were not reliant upon the limited restaurant choices.

Most relaxing, quiet beach trip ever!

This home was absolutely beautiful with the best view we've ever had from a beach house. It was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Even though we didn't have babies, I noticed it was equipped well for little ones. We loved being able to cook, eat or play games at the huge table, or sit in the great room and have a panoramic view of the ocean. We loved being able to walk right out on to the beach which was almost deserted during spring break, unlike most beaches during the same time. Even though it was located in an area without a concentration of high rise condos full of people, there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby without congested traffic. We usually stay in Watersound West in Santa Rosa Beach, but will probably change our yearly beach destination to Fort Morgan and, hopefully, to this same beach house. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. It was rainy the first couple of days but there were puzzles in the house which we worked. Only thing we missed was a covered deck. Great place to stay and we would stay there again!
