It was a very nice, clean place, easy excess to get in door, we saw dolphins from our balcony every morning. The only complaint I have is there were no hangers in any closet to hang our things on, and only one hair dryer in master suite, I think having 3 bathrooms they should have a hair dryer in each bedroom, just my opinion , but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Amazing location with a few caveats

Overall was a good place with a wonderful view of the beach, but the high price and the cleaning fee are harder to swallow when there were so many dirty dishes, dirty floors (not sand, it was dirty), stopped up drains and leaking toilets. But full disclosure, the property manager was always responsive and fixed the issues, and offered to have someone come in and re-clean but we just washed the dishes ourselves. I think if I were to come again, if I had space I’d bring my own cookware and utensils. Again, that stuff sucked but the major things were taken care of and we had a great time!

Very nice condo

The condo was great. Nicely appointed and very clean. There was a terrific view and easy access to the beach. It’s close to restaurants and shops. The property was seemingly well managed and in a good state of repair.Don’t miss the additional 50 parking fee payable when you arrive.Gulf Shores is definitely busy this time of year and the beach in front of the property can get crowded. Stake your spot out early.Overall, we enjoyed the condo, finding it clean and comfy for a family of six. I’d recommend it to families going to Gulf Shores

Great Location and Beautiful View

We had a good stay. The location of this property is great. I was a little disappointed in the condo itself. The beds were horrible. The master bed was extremely hard. There was random furniture (headboard, dresser) stuck in closets. I could not find a dust pan to sweep. The kitchen utensils seemed dirty and the dishes and pots/pans could stand to be updated. Overall, it was a good trip, but the condo did look better in pictures than in person.

Gulf Shores

Easy check in and getting parking pass. The master bathroom toilet seat was broke upon arrival but fixed shortly after calling. Beautiful view of the gulf from spacious balcony. The property was clean with ocean decor. Easy access to the beach. Would recommend updating mattresses in guest bedrooms they were hard as a rock. Overall great place to stay enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location

The location of our condo was perfect to be able to walk to shops and restaurants, unlike when we stayed in Orange Beach. Maintenance was prompt about sending us up a microwave turntable that they were aware was missing ,but didn't replace until we requested...I would have given a five, but our white socks and feet were black from the floors. I didnt mention this during our stay, as we didnt want our stay interrupted by cleaning crew coming in and I would think mopping the floors would be part of routine cleaning...

Gulf Shores Vacation

The condo was great, just what we wanted. Nice, clean and what a view! Only problem I had was the listing that with my reservation I had 2 parking spaces which I took as being "free". I called the day before my arrival and found it wasn't free and was charged $50 per space. They said I misunderstood and it wasn't free, just available.

Fantastic place

This place was great and we will definitely try to stay there again. It was clean, conveniently located, and overall a wonderful experience. We had one issue, called the maintenance department, and in no time it was taken care of I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Will definitely stay here again!!! with one change!!

The condo was just as stated. It was clean and very nice. The location was great and views were awesome. The only negative I have is that they desperately need new mattresses. The master had a foam top that was way too soft. Left the beach with a sore back. The guest room on the right as you come into the condo had a mattress that was so squeaky it constantly woke up my daughter through the night. Will stay at San Carlos again but would look for a different unit for the sleep.

Great trip!

We had a great week! The room was more than big enough for three different families with kids. We had plenty of space and everything was very easy to get around to at the condo. There were a few minor things wrong in the room-running toilet, some squeaky mattresses, clogged bathtub drains but nothing that slowed us down too much or put a damper on our trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay! A little pricey.

We had a good stay here for the most part. Condo had a good view and was clean. I think I expected some of the amenties to be provided since we paid a premium price for this place. They only provided one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. You have to buy your own after that. The kitchen is stock with bare essentials. Some of the cooking utensils are melted and worn. There was no pizza cutter, no dish drainer to dry dishes with and no wash cloth to clean dishes by hand. Had to use wash cloth from the bathroom. The unit has smart tvs but they are not hooked up to the internet. We tried to cast to the tvs with no luck so you are limited to dish network. The master bathroom had water damage on the ceiling above the shower. I'm assuming from the unit that was from above. The front door was not locked when we got there because you have to slam the door to make it shut good. We figured this out afterwards when there was a note posted that instructed everyone there that they had new doors installed. Parking was limited we had to park across the street and it apparently floods easily. If you do have to park there make sure to park in the center of the lot if it rains. If I had to stay again I would but probably not pay as much as I did.
