  • Welcome to Seawind 408 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 4th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

    The private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

This condo was beautiful, great view of the beach and well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal for my family. Jason responded very quickly and took care of all of our requests and/or repairs more quickly than anticipated. Would stay here again.

Long weekend with friends and family

The unit was very clean. The host was easily accessible and communicative. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip with older kids.

Great property. Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful. Also has uncovered parking in garage and in parking lot for larger vehicles. Owner very responsive. Great 5 days would definitely book again.

Lots of amenities for our use. No surprises as we've book and stayed in this unit several times. Location to lots of places to eat is wonderful; and lots are within walking distance! Owner is easy to reach if you ever encounter any issues. Will definitely book with them again!

Excellent Vacation

We rented the Seawinds #408 for a 5-night stay from Aug 10 thru Aug 15, 2023. The property is just as advertised: Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and right next to the beach. We loved our stay there. The owners went out of their way to answer any and all the questions we had during (and before) our stay. The whole stay was flawless.

Great Experience!!

My family had an awesome time during our stay at Seawind! The property is located within walking distance of literally everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The property manager was on point with answering any of our questions and gave a ton of options for entertainment for the week. The check-in and out process was by far the easiest we have ever experienced during the past 12 trips to the area. We will definitely be staying at one of their managed properties from now on.

It had everything we needed! It was very clean and spacious . Jason was very quick to help us with anything we needed!! The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to restaurants and some shops. We will definitely go back!!

Family vacation 2019

We really enjoyed our time at Seawind. We definitely plan on going back. It would be nice if each condo has assigned parking spaces. And wish there were more than 2 elevators for the amount of people that stay there but overall was a great experience
