Hermoso condominio frente al golfo

Este condominio está ubicado directamente en la playa. Disfruta viendo a los delfines desde tu balcón privado. ¡La ubicación no tiene parangón! Puedes dar un corto paseo hasta el Hangout o Pink Pony Pub al oeste o puedes caminar hacia el este, donde puedes pescar o simplemente dar un paseo por el muelle estatal.
Este condominio grande y espacioso permite todos los lujos del hogar, además de las impresionantes vistas de las playas de arena blanca en el Golfo de México. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del amplio balcón con vista al Golfo de México que tiene entradas desde la sala de estar y la suite principal. El gran balcón es maravilloso para cenar al aire libre o simplemente relajarse en las tumbonas.
El condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones. Se puede acceder al balcón desde la suite principal. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king. El segundo dormitorio también está amueblado con una cama king. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera con colchón completo en la parte inferior y un colchón doble en la parte superior. Las habitaciones tienen 32 "-40" televisores "inteligentes" de pantalla plana para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten.
La sala de estar ofrece una vista exquisita del golfo. Hay una gran puerta corredera de cristal para entrar al balcón. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "en la sala de estar.
Los huéspedes que disfrutan de la cocina pueden sentirse como en casa en la cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera maciza y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

My daughter and I decided on a last minute trip to Gulf Shores. We wanted a clean, comfortable place with beach access, beautiful views and nearby restaurants. We were not disappointed!! This condo was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything about the condo was as described. We had a wonderful stay. The property and location are wonderful. Beach was clean and not crowded. We will add this one to our favorites list! Host was helpful and check in/ out was easy!

Gulf shores

The place was clean and had great views. One of the kid beds did have sand in it when we arrived but otherwise everything was perfect. The work out area was very well equipped. Great walking location to everything downtown. The beach was beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay

We took a short trip after Christmas and loved our stay. The owner was great about communication whenever I had questions. I will say the spots in the parking garage are tiny and we had trouble fitting my Tahoe. Also, the “indoor pool” isn’t truly indoor as it connects to the outdoor pool and is rather cool

Great little condo

The condo was very nice. There was an issue when we first got there but it was taken care of immediately and the rest of the start was great. There are a few things to note for the property itself. The pool is very small but the one great thing is it has a kid splash pad area that is great for little ones. They was construction going on in the garage during our start so we were not able to use the splash pad as much as we would have liked but it was fine we just stayed longer at the beach. The walkway to the beach is very short which is awesome when you have a ton of things and kids to get to the beach. You have a restaurant right beside making

Great condo

Nice, clean condo in great location. We really enjoyed the unit. Our only issue was the elevators. Only 2 elevators for the complex and one was never working so there was always difficulty getting an elevator. For a 9th floor unit, the stairs were not always an option. Nothing the owners could do except voice concern to the HOA.

Great condo but would not stay again

The HOA in charge doesn’t seem to care about the property. We called about a broken patio door handle on Monday when we arrived. The property person we talked to said it was an HOA responsibility and she would tell them. We left Friday without hearing anything else from anyone. On Thursday, the pool and splash pad were obviously not working but there were no signs posted about them being closed or when they would be open/repaired. And believe the bad reviews about the elevators. There are 2, and most of the time we were there, only one was working. This is a 20 story building with one working elevator. Since everyone has to be out by 10, and cleaners are coming in at 10, the wait for the one working elevator was at least 30-45 minutes and usually more if you had a lot of luggage to get up or down. Add to that people coming and going to the beach and parking lot, and the wait is ridiculous. The condo we stayed in was nice and comfortable but I would never recommend it to anyone because of the elevator and HOA issues.

Family Spring Break

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Check in process was easy. We arrived early and the security guard let us access the pool and pool bathroom until we could check in. The location is great with many places to walk to. The beach is beautiful. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice when the weather didn’t cooperate. The pool’s size is a bit deceiving and quite small. There are not many chairs to lay on. The hot tub was on the cool side. These are not things the owner can help but sharing information that I would like to know.

Seawinds stay

We had a nice time in Gulf Shores. We just wish the weather was alot warmer! The unit was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. But, we did not cook much! It took some time to figure out the ice and water on the frig. The view was wonderful. We sat out there alot. We even saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. The bathrooms had enough towels for our needs. The living room was a nice size but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The king size beds were great but we did wonder why there was a topper. It made the bed really tall and hard to get into. Suggested improvements 1 walk in shower in one of the bathrooms for us older people 2 One or two extra lay down chairs on the balcony. One is not enough 3 Kitchen towels-we only had one towel and dish cloth

Musical weekend

Six senior citizens had a great stay in this condo while attending musical event at the Hangout. The Condo met all our needs with a great ocean view from the balcony.
