3rd year at Just Piddlin’

We always enjoy the house and the amenities. I did mention to Harris Properties that my family complained about the pillows and the mattress I slept on needed to be replaced. We love the house. It is a great place for our large family with adults, teens and younger children.

Exactly what we needed

For years, our family group (16 of us) have stayed at a place that was too small and was "okay." We decided to try a Fall Break trip to the gulf and found this house. It was EXACTLY what we needed. It was plenty large for our 16 (8 adults and 8 kids). They've thought of everything with this house. There's two of just about everything (2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators in the kitchen...and a 3rd on the first level...2 golf carts, 2 ovens, 2 laundry rooms. The table space is huge both inside and out. The heated pool was a favorite of the kids. The neighborhood is quiet. The elevator was a life-saver for luggage and groceries. I can't say enough good things. Never once did we feel cramped. Great job with this property.

Absolutely wonderful

Great location! Great space for our party of 11 with 6 teenagers! Every bedroom having a private bath was a huge plus! Two washers, dryers, and dishwashers helped make our family even more comfortable! Everything was very very clean! Our only disappointment was having to buy our own gas for the grill!

Family trip

We had 24 people stay at this home for our family vacation. It fit all of us comfortably and we had the best time! Easy access to the beach and so close to the golf course! We did have a few issues, but the host was an easy phone call or text away and got everything taken care of! This place was amazing!

Great location and setup

This house was perfect for our girls trip to the beach! Lots of space for everyone! Not a far walk to the beach, but it was so nice having the golf carts for hauling beach chairs. The privacy around the pool was also great. I definitely look forward to returning one day.

Family Vacation

This was an overall great house. It was a family vacation and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The swimming pool was very nice. Kids loved it and it wasn’t too far from the beach. I would consider going back there in the future.

Everything our group needed

This house is extremely well equipped for our group. Every need or requirement we had was met. The house was clean and no maintenance issues spoiled our trip. My brothers commented on their approval of the house on a dozen occasions and making a dozen 60 yr old guys satisfied with an accommodation is mission accomplished. Our group usually stays right on the water but because the house met all of our needs there were few complaints about being a few blocks away.

It is a little way out from the main strip and the pool was not heated and the elevator was not in service. The stairs were an issue for some of us. The pool was ice cold. Other than those few flaws I had a great time.

Just piddling

When we arrived our code did not work called and it was fixed immediately I have called more than once to office for questions and received some of the BEST customer service ever. The house was amazing had way more than I thought it would the rooms were huge had 4 fridges 2 sets washer dryer( 1 one each floor ) the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking ( nothing at house like salt pepper ext) so plan for shopping from scratch but that's why we checked house before shopping the pool was bigger than I thought also the 2 golf carts are amazing 2 blocks from beach we had 24 people and still had room would recommend staying here... short drive into town and the ferry is few minutes down also

Family Fishing Forts Fun trip

Perfect accommodations for our family ages 6-60. Lots of room to plan our busy fun filled days and enjoy our evenings kicking back. Do not know a better layout or rental for kids to be apart of the family but have their own space to watch t.v. do puzzles and crafts. The rooms were ideal each with private baths even the kids rooms had private baths what could be more ideal? Oh wait maybe it was the sparkling warm pool and the ease of the golf carts loading up beach toys… etc The only thing I wish I knew was the no see um bugs that devoured our non repellent spayed skin 3 of us suffered over 50 bites but now we know better as we don’t have those buggers in Chicago the price for paradise I guess? Please let us come back we loved the place!!!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

We traveled from Fort Worth, Houston area and Orlando to be together at this lovely site. Though the weather was not beach weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was even dog friendly which made it especially great. With two disabled family members, the elevator got a lot of use. We could not have managed this stay without it. We are definitely hoping to return again.

Perfectly located and amazing!

The house was secluded yet near a great beach access, the property manager was responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and this house was everything and more!! It was a dream kitchen and the deck was the best place to lounge. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for a large group but could have easily held more people.
