Best First Tier House - Located in beautiful Morgantown

  • The Conch Inn is a well-appointed and furnished beach house vacation rental with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bonus loft. It has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the Morgantown community beach boardwalk.

    Beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf! The spacious living room has all leather furniture, and the fully-equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are 5 TVs with satellite, a DVD player, high-speed wireless Internet, a washer & dryer, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Towels and linens are provided.

    The house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lit tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach.


    For golfers in the group, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world-class.

The location is perfect! A view of the beach, where you can hear the waves, and a very short walk down the boardwalk to the sand! The bedroom layout was perfect for our family with plenty of room. We loved sitting on the deck relaxing as well!

Relaxing beach vacation

Our stay at Conch Inn was delightful, and my entire family had a great time. The house has a very functional layout, and is provides a good mix of private areas and gathering areas. The view from the front decks was excellent, and the beach was so close!

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at the Conch Inn at Morgantown Fort Morgan. There was plenty of space for us to spread out when needed and to come together for meals. The house had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. And its super close to the beach.

We just returned from our stay at Conch Inn. We had a GREAT time! The house was super clean and comfy. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach! Would definitely come back!

Spring Break

We loved our stay at this house. It has great view and an easy walk to the beach. Morgantown was so peaceful and quiet. The boys enjoyed the pool, playing pickleball, and shore fishing. It’s a short drive into Gulf Shores for dining etc.

The Conch Inn

Wonderful. Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Uncrowded just as we like. The home is appointed wonderfully and super comfortable. Excellent communications with the hosts, although all we need to contact them for was to make our reservations for next season. 5 stars!

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and direct access to the beach from the walking bridge. Great location and set-up for a family & friends location. Worth every penny.

Beautiful home with amazing views

We loved everything about this house! Offered lots of room inside. There was just 3 of us but could have slept many more. The views from the decks were amazing!! Also loved being so close to the boardwalk to the beach! We come to Gulf Shores area a couple of times a year and would stay here again.

Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful stay at The Conch Inn. Everything was well maintained and clean. The location was great--a very short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the 2nd story balcony listening to the ocean. We were even able to spot some dolphins! Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us!

Perfect Location

This house was wonderful! Perfectly located near the neighborhood beach access so that you are literally just a few steps from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked - I was able to make everything from a seared sirloin roast with potatoes to pizza bites without needing dishes. Everyone had plenty of space and a comfy bed. We will definitely be back!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. It was a just a short walk to the beach. We could come back to the house for lunch or if we forgot something very easily. With having a baby in our group it was also great for her naps. Location was quiet but close enough to the busier areas and great restaurants. We cooked several nights and had everything we needed for a group of 8. I would definitely recommend this house.
