Can’t beat the view

From start to finish contact with the host was prompt and friendly. The appliances and furniture are new however, the kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade. For those of us with a lot of hair the shower head is plenty strong. The view of the gulf was spectacular!

First time to Gulf Shores and certainly not our last.

Our family stayed at Gulf Tower and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Every unit has a beach front balcony for watching the sunrises and sunsets. We had an issue with our tv which wasn’t a huge deal since we were there for the beach but property management had it fixed the same day. Our unit also had some beach items tucked away in a closet we didn’t find until our last day. We will clearly stay at Gulf Tower again when we return to Gulf Shores.

Nice Condo

Everything was Perfect and clean. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was fantastic! I wish the pool was a little warmer, but we went in late April. Beautiful view right on the gulf. Although, we are Senior adults. Higher handicap toilets and walk-in shower would make this place perfect. That is a much needed upgrade. I felt like I was back in grade school sitting on the kindergarten toilet.

Property was ok - not very clean - hallways were dirty. Condo needs bathroom upgrades. Ceilings in bathroom and kitchen very old grated tiles. No restroom by pool. Parking very tight spaces. Easy to get to beach.

The only complaint is there was work being done on the elevator starting early in the AM, not exactly a vac when listening to a hammer drill

July family vacation!

We just left here and thought it was the perfect location! Close to restaurants, The Hangout which is a huge staple in Gulf Shores and shopping! You are literally right off the beach! Their pool is awesome, sand was pure white!! If I had to say anything negative it would have been the lack of fans in the unit. There was not one! We got pretty hot at night sleeping! But the view is amazing being on the 10th floor and everything was very clean! We left some sand toys for the next family so have fun!!!

A place to stay but that's it...

We've stayed at the Gulf Tower for over five years. We like the location, but the building is in need of updating. The are working on it by installing a new elevator. This condo needs help too. The check-in/check-out process was fine, but the condo was not clean. The floor was swept but dirty leaving socks dirty pretty quick. Mattress covers had stains on them. Many light bulbs were missing or not working. Things were broken. I called cleaning/maintenance and they responded, but I expected the condo to be better taken care of for the price. Will not be returning to this condo, but still would stay in the building.

I have struggled with this review. Angela shared only one parking spot was available - but I had already booked it. I wish I had known this beforehand. After arriving, she agreed to let us park at their office about 15 minutes away and then found a condo right down from ours where she let us park. This was very helpful. With a family coming in multiple cars this is very frustrating especially since the complex was half full the entire time and two days of rain. We realized the unit was much older than what we are use to - the walls were paper thin and we could hear normal conversations in the hall way through the walls - plus, surrounding units plumbing could be heard when they were running water or showers, etc. This is easy to chime out with a TV or radio, but not during the evening hours when you are trying to sleep. The last thing that was annoying was their was no garbage shoot. You were expected to take your garbage by the stairwell - not the elevator - down 10 flights of stairs. Again, this is an older complex and I expect some things to not measure up but it's disheartening considering what you pay. The unit was clean, fairly stocked, and may be just fine but for us, it just did not measure up to where we normally stay in GS - and was unavailable. Angela, was most helpful, extremely responsive and this is in no way anything against her - just making sure if these things matter to others they are aware.

Nice but…..

Building is a bit outdated, could use some upgrades. No AC in elevators and it’s stifling. Pool is small. Private beach access is nice. Unit itself- clean and presentable but antiquated. Old bathroom vanities with poor ventilation and no AC in bathrooms, poor draining master bath sink with a ridiculously small sink that is not deep enough, uncomfortable beds, difficult to open sliders to enclosed patio. AC needs to be at no lower than 68 or it will freeze that’s a problem if you run hot like me. Also, for a vacation property not even one mirror other than vanity to look at yourself. No full body mirror anywhere on property. Absolutely no cleaning supplies, not even a small spray bottle for accidental spills so any cleaning that you wish to do would require purchasing prior to coming. Some small upgrades could really send this property to another level. Location is far enough away from the main strip but close enough to not be inconvenient.

Amazing, right on the beach!

Amazing view, right on the beach, close to multiple restaurants and plenty of space for a family of four. Kitchen stocked with a usable amount of pots/pans/dishes so you can actually cook for yourself without having to BYOPans.

It was a wonderful vacation location

We love the amenities of our rental including the spacious living space, pool, and parking. We had a great view of the Gulf and only a few steps to the beach. Gulf Shores has a lot to offer including their beautiful beaches and many fun restaurants which were easily accessible from our rental property.

Amazing

We spent Monday-Friday at this condo and we all said next summer we will spend a few days longer! It was so nice and updated! Having my the pool right off the beach was awesome also and super convenient to anyone who has kids. Our kids would go back and forth between them and we could just relax on the beach watching them! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Gulf Tower. Right on the beach with a beautiful view.

We had a great time being right on the beach. A perfect ocean view in the morning and quick access every day being just past the pool area. Our rental in the Gulf Tower 10D was decorated so cute and they provided all we needed before we could make our trip to the store. The pool was nice, but we didn't take the time to use it. The beach was calling to us each day.

Love our Gulf Shores

We stayed the week of june 13, 2021. Great condo, love the up to date kitchen. Love the cool AC when we came in from the beach. We are fans of Gulf Towers, love the location and love that the beach is not crowded. Fingers crossed that we will return next year.

Amazing view and great beach access.

You cannot beat the view and value of this property. Steps away from the beach with an amazing 10th floor view over the Gulf. Very clean when we arrived and the host went out of her way to meet our needs prior to when we arrived. Surrounding property and pool were cleaned every day. This property is not super close to the restaurants but we had no trouble driving and finding parking.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture, and kitchen is nicely stocked. We especially enjoyed the enclosed balcony. The view is outstanding. We enjoyed watching dolphins, the sunrise and sunset.

Awesome visit & condo

We enjoyed Gulf Tower 10D Condo. Furniture was very comfortable, kitchen nicely stocked, nicely devorated. Enclosed balcony was wonderful. We spent most of our time in that room. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
