CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up onsite like a hotel so we cannot provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to reserve this property. A valid ID and signed reservation agreement are required to confirm your booking.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Parking Regulations: All vehicles must display a valid parking permit to avoid towing by security. Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers are strictly prohibited.
- Parking: Restricted to two parking passes per reservation
- Property Rules: Guests are required to follow all posted rules and regulations at The Colonnades to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
