Beautiful home farther down the beach, so it’s nice and quiet. The difference between “good” and “excellent” is first-world idiosyncrasies like having enough dishwasher tablets for the stay, quality of the linens, more clarity and realistic expectations of room designs (really only two of the five bedrooms have views of the oceanfront and the top balcony is not accessible as part of the owners locked area), smart tvs in every room except the living room (which does have a large tv with Dish service, I think), front door lock we struggled to close, upper windows in some rooms without blinds or coverings (one in the main bedroom that could potentially catch views from the balcony next door), etc. These are truly minor in light of the home and stay, but keep it just out of an “excellent” rating in this rental market.Overall, this is an exceptional home with spacious bedrooms to comfortably sleep 10 people. The dining table seats 10, as well. If you have littles, it could easily accommodate couch or portable crib sleeping. Washer, dryer, pots, pans - it’s all there. The single-floor open plan lets many people be together at once, and the boardwalk directly onto the beach cannot be beat. We would most certainly book this house again, especially with more people or family who may need an elevator from the bottom to the main floor. It’s a beautiful home farther down the quieter side of the beach to support some fantastic memories and moments!

We had a wonderful stay at "Dear Time". The home is beautiful and worked great for our family vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked! The garbage service is a great addition. The elevator was a lifesaver for a mobility impaired family member.

Everything about our stay was incredible. From a seamless check-in, to the house itself, everything was exactly what we were looking for. Being on the beach, in a house with great sized rooms, the best kitchen, and a pool, we couldn’t go wrong. We are already looking at what week we want to book next summer at this same house. Highly recommend!

Elevator didn’t work. Large piles of trashed building materials and beach stuff under the house. Outdoor shower door was part of the trash. No answers to phone calls or texts about the above. BUT we were at the beach together and had a good time.

Fantastic Stay

This property is amazing and exactly as it appears on the listing. Spacious and very clean, there is an outdoor shower with hot water as well as an ice maker for coolers for the beach. Property managers are extremely communicative and always offering help. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again.

Sunshine and rest for our family

We have stayed at several houses on the West side of Gulf Shores. Beach is peaceful and spotless. Great for kids and night time star gazing. This location had an elevator inside and ramped access outside to stairs that lead down to the beach.Property is as listed. Manager was prompt helpful and honest with all requests by text or phone. Property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen/common area worked well for the family; while a back bedroom/bath area worked for our daughter and youngest grandchild.

Great Getaway

Dear Time was just what we needed. The house was very clean and was the perfect space with 5 Very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everyone said they slept so good. The location on the beach was perfect for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We practically had the beach all to ourself. The walkway out to the was nice andtheramp was perfect for my dad who uses an electric chair. There is not, however, a ramp to enter the house. Just one step up from the seaside entry. The elevator worked well, but also did not have a ramp to get to it. It wasnt a problem for us, but to someone who could not get out of there chair it might be.The views were great and we spent each morning on the porch with our coffee. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. We had more than we needed. Lots of games and Tvs in every room. The hosts answered any questions we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall pretty great.

The location is perfect—the beach is fantastic, traffic minimal. The furniture in the living space could be more comfortable and the rugs slip around, but overall it was a great stay. I wasn’t familiar with that type of stove or oven, so instructions would’ve been nice. The elevator was handy for moving in and out, and the ramp out back was also nice. Loved the outdoor shower.

Great time

The property is exactly as it is advertised. The location is wonderful. It is away from all the congestion of the main area of Gulf Shores. It was quiet and very pleasant. The home itself is well appointed, very clean and great for larger families. We had 5 adults and 2 teens. The beach is amazing. Totally enjoyed and would recommend.
