    Seawind PH3 (Penthouse) es una unidad de tres (3) habitaciones y dos (2) baños ubicada directamente en las playas de arena blanca de Gulf Shores, AL. Esta unidad puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas y tiene todas las comodidades que puede esperar con un condominio de lujo frente al golfo. El complejo Seawind se encuentra directamente en el corazón de Gulf Shores, Alabama, y se encuentra a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes y tiendas, incluido el famoso restaurante Sea & Suds.

Had another wonderful stay

This was our second year at Seawind, at again, it was wonderful. Check in was easy, property manager was helpful and responsive. Unit was beautiful and clean, and we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking again next summer.

The condo was nice. However it was hard to find a good temp for the shower, it was either too hot or to cold. But over all we enjoyed everything about our stay.

4th of July vbacation

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was the penthouse, I expected it to be larger than rooms on the lower floors, especially because two other family members were staying in the building at the same time. Still, the room was clean and comfortable. However, one elevator was out of service, and being on the penthouse level made the wait uncomfortably hot. The elevators should have air conditioning or better ventilation, and the first-floor waiting area also needs AC, especially when guests are waiting 30 minutes or more for an elevator.

Great experience. Very clean and location is perfect.

The only thing I would say that could be improved is the water pressure in the showers. When dealing with sand, you need more than a tickle of water. Great other than that.

Beautiful view

The Condo was very nice but it was not very clean. The communication and cooperation from the management prior to our stay was unsatisfying when we had simple requests.

Perfect end of summer trip

This condo was perfect for our end of summer getaway. It had everything we needed for our week. We have stayed at the Seawind complex before and this was even better than the last. Everything you could need for the beach was there - sand toys, nets, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and bags to help you carry it all down with you. The added touches of board games, books and movies were perfect too. My youngest fell in love with the “Bee” movie and the Balooga book. We love the location of the building with the little market and surf store across the street. Also, the beach access is perfect. We had groceries delivered and the driver didn’t have a problem locating the unit and had everything on one of the building provided carts.

Nice condo, great view, needs a little cleaning.

We stayed in the condo this past week. The views were awesome. The place is quiet. And there is so much to do. The only complaint I have is that the property was not as clean as it should have been. There was dust on the walls from a lack of changing air filters. The floors were dirty and left my kids feet black. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty as well. Aside from those things we had a great time and liked where we were.

Overall it was good, just wish the place would’ve been mopped. Also there wasn’t any hand soap which was disappointing

Almost great!

Penthouse 3 in the Seawinds was nice & clean. However, the four poster king bed in the primary bedroom is so high that we both had difficulty getting up on it every night. The metal table set on the balcony is completely rusted out making it unsafe for anyone to use. There are beater blades in the kitchen drawer but no mixer. Additionally there is a giant frying pan & a tiny frying pan but no normal sized pan.

Nice property

The pools are very small. They were closed twice while we were there, the second time it was for a full day. The elevators are slow. There are only 2 for the entire facility. The condo is in need of repairs and a complete update to the patio set. The patio set is completely broken and not useable.

Not worth the money

For the money we paid for this penthouse, it was poor. The ice maker didn't work; had to make/buy ice all week. Cobwebs/dirt on ceiling and doors. Second bedroom bed very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture all rusted; tile missing from outdoor table and not level (foot rusted off); could only use 2 chairs.

Family and friends

We loved the condo... the hot tub was down the whole time we was there. And the security lady at the gate just followed everyone around she ended up in most of our pictures cuz she was constantly standing by us to make sure noone ate in pool area or did anything 🙄

Birthday weekend

The process of Booking to departure was easy and efficient. The property we booked had no swimming pool. I was so thankful! We didn’t have to divide our time between pool and beach.

The indoor furniture was up to date and comfortable. The patio furniture was rusted with uneven legs

I would have appreciated knowing the balconies and elevator areas were being painted, we were unable to use the1st and 2 floors to get off the elevators requiring us to have to use the stairs. We had painters on our 20 th story balcony 2 days. The ice maker in our unit didn’t work, repair man had to order a part.
