SENTADO EN EL MUELLE DE LA BAHÍA MIRANDO EL ROLLO DE MAREAS DE ALABAMA LEJOS. Esa es una forma de disfrutar el tiempo que pasa en nuestro condominio de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños con embarcación GRATUITA incluida. O puede sentarse en el amplio balcón del cuarto piso y a su derecha ver toda la bahía, el Puente Perdido Pass y el Golfo, así como los hermosos paisajes de Phoenix en la Bahía II. A su izquierda hay una vista de las piscinas al aire libre, río lento y tobogán de agua. A continuación se encuentran las parrillas para barbacoa, el área de picnic, la estación de limpieza de pescado y los muelles para botes.

En el interior encontrará una decoración relajante de agua / arena. La sala de estar (con barra de bar y máquina de hielo), el comedor y la cocina tienen un plano de planta abierto con ventanas de piso a techo y paredes de puertas para que pueda disfrutar de la vista. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con vestidor. El baño principal tiene bañera de chorro de agua, ducha independiente y un tocador con doble lavabo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el baño adjunto tiene una bañera / ducha. El cuarto de lavado tiene lavadora y secadora estándar, tabla de planchar y plancha. Nuestro condominio está cómodamente amueblado y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente de 55 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD Blu-RAY en la sala de estar. Hay grandes televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD en las dos habitaciones. También tenemos WiFi, libros y juegos.

Great value and experience

We love Lighthouse on The Bay. The cost per night was extremely reasonable. The amenities are exceptional. Our only issue was having to chase down the security guard to check in for parking passes but that was on big deal. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent

This was the most comfortable and clean condo we’ve ever stayed in. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was also very comfortable and not wore out older furniture that have been in past places we have stayed. Love the open floor plan so while someone was in the kitchen, which was nice sized, they could still be part of the family in the living room. The 3 pools were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, with great view

This was the cleanest, most well stocked, beautiful condo. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the boats and birds it was so peaceful. The pool and the lazy river were prefect.

Perfect getaway

This was the second time to stay in Mr Dave’s unit and the 5th time at Phoenix on the Bay 2. Mr. Dave’s unit is the best equipped and most comfortable unit we have stayed in. Great view. Easy to get to. The Phoenix property always is very well maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful. Look forward to our next trip.

Perfectly clean and well stocked

We love this condominium and this particular unit is likely the cleanest there! It was VERY well stocked with all the kitchen things you’d ever need plus games and things for the kids to do. Plenty of pillows and blankets also. Nice view of the pool and marina, the boat slip is easy to get in and out of, a place to park the trailer… definitely recommend!

Short Birthday Getaway

We stayed her for a long weekend for my friend’s birthday. The communication with the owner prior to booking was excellent. The boat slip and trailer parking were included in the rental price, which was awesome. The property manager emailed me with every single detail we needed from where to put our boat in, the trailer storage, and check in. Every detail was loaded out so I had absolutely no questions. The condo was super clean and ever accessible. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect weekend!

We loved our stay! It was absolutely perfect for our little family of four. We are frequent flyers in OBA and this is now our top favorite condo. Check-in was so easy with just myself and my two girls while my husband handled the boat. Boat slip was perfect. Super clean! We will be back (:

This property is well maintained and great for families and couples. If you have a boat, this is the place! Access to the dock is very convenient. This unit has everything you could possibly need! Very clean! My only recommendation is to make check in a little easier… adding Phoenix on the Bay to the listing will make it easier for visitors to know exactly where they are staying when trying to check in. Thank you for letting us stay in paradise!

When can we come back??

My husband literally holds his breath every time we walk into a hotel or Vrbo. I look at everything! First thing I look at is the floors and baseboards. Something about those corners people just can’t seem to clean right. I’m looking at your curtains, the air vents, underneath the furniture, behind the furniture! I’m crazy I know but I want to make sure it’s clean. I even look u see the mattress and between the fitted sheets. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It’s probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Even the green plants were pretty decent and not thick with dust. It’s hard to keep those clean. Honestly this place is a little dated with the wallpaper and other things but do not pay extra just because the pictures look dated. This place was actually a lot better in person. We had an absolutely awesome view. The boat slip was great. The kitchen had most of everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Oh!! And the best part is the huge closet! I hate having to trip over luggage when we stay somewhere. There is plenty of space to put your stuff away. And the laundry room (not closet but actual room) was great too. Thanks so much Dave! We hope to be back soon! I had a not to great experience with the last Vrbo. Thank you for being so great and making our experience enjoyable Z now just to find a babysitter next time so we do t have to listen to kids whine! Also , POB 2 took down their slide. We did not know until we got there. They also do not have tubes like seen in the picture for the lazy river.

Great place to stay !

This was absolutely the cleanest place we have ever stayed , not just the condo but the entire building and property. It was the first thing i noticed. The pool and lazy river were awesome ! We liked it better than the beach. It was even better at night , our grandson (3) smiled , giggled ,and laughed the whole time he was in the lazy river. Thanks to the owner of the condo and the property managers . 10/10
