This expansive 12-bedroom home includes nine King suites, each with a TV, and ten bedrooms featuring private balconies with views of the Gulf, pool, or Little Lagoon. With ten full bathrooms throughout, the layout strikes a balance between large gathering spaces and private, intimate retreats.

The lowest floor offers four King bedrooms — two beach-facing, each with a twin daybed and twin trundle, located adjacent to hall baths, and two pool-facing, one of which also includes a twin daybed, each including an attached bathroom. Two family rooms provide extra space for gathering and flexibility, and two laundry rooms add everyday convenience.

The middle floor serves as the main living area, anchored by an expansive living and dining space. These spaces are augmented by a two-section kitchen perfect for multitasking and preparing large meals for the whole group. Two King bedrooms on this level overlook the pool, one of which includes a daybed, each with an accompanying bathroom.

The top floor rounds out the sleeping accommodations with a generous variety of rooms. One King bedroom features a daybed and trundle, and two additional King bedrooms overlook the pool, one with a daybed but both with accompanying baths. A Queen bedroom also offers a daybed and trundle, while two more Queen bedrooms occupy the middle of the floor — the only rooms in the home without balconies. The floor is rounded out with a laundry room for added convenience.

Outside, a large, private heatable pool serves as the centerpiece of the expansive outdoor space, surrounded by a gathering area with charcoal grills, dining space, and plenty of room to lounge.
