Estamos ubicados aprox. 120 yardas desde el borde de las aguas! Duna Walk West es un criado, dúplex de 1 pisos. 1650 sq. Ft. Capacidad para 12 personas. Tiene dos dormitorios principales con baños privados, el 3er dormitorio comparte un cuarto de baño grande con el cuarto dormitorio que tiene dos literas !! El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia o una reunión !!!! Alquilar ambos lados para un total de 8 habitaciones y 7 baños !!!! (Consulte nuestra lista de otros VRBO # 739867)
    Le encantará relajarse en la terraza mientras los niños construyen castillos de arena en el azúcar, arena blanca abajo !!!
    Hay dos piscinas y una pista de tenis en esta comunidad gulfront de Morgantown.
    Hay un montón de compras, golf, senderos para caminar, mini golf, karts y restaurantes cercanos. No tiene ganas de salir a comer? No hay problema ... la cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario ... o fuera de la parrilla de la barbacoa de hoyo y ver la puesta de sol mientras se relaja sus preocupaciones !!

Hard to beat the location. Steps from the Beach. Beach is not overcrowded. Quiet retreat.

Beautiful beach house!

My family had an excellent spring break stay in this home! It is roomy, comfortable and easily accommodates large families, especially if you are bringing pets. We found it very clean and inviting. The absolute BEST part is the location, just off the sandy shores of the Gulf. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, again very convenient if you are bringing pets. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great location in a quiet area of Morgantown. Decor and furnishings are a little dated and the main open area would benefit from another couch/loveseat.

Great neighborhood in Fort Morgan

Loved this property for its space, location to the beach, and overall set up. Wish it was closer to neighborhood pool but that’s the only drawback—- if you have several younger kids recommend renting a golf cart to go back and forth to pool too. Beach is walkable with small kids.

We had the best time.The house was wonderful and well equipped with everything you need the beach was great. If you’re looking for a beach that’s not crowed this is it. Thank you for a wonderful time!!!!

Spring Break 2023

This place is amazing! The beach house is right on the beach. You literally open your doors to the sound of the ocean! We loved that the beach was like having your own private beach! We highly recommend! The house is roomy and minutes away from Gulf Shores!

The duplex was clean.The community pool and tennis courts were not able to be used because the weather was extremely hot. It was great having 3 1/2 bathroom since there was 7 of us. The trek over the sand dunes was tiresome .

We loved the property and couldn't have asked for a more family friendly beach atmosphere. It was our first time in Fort Morgan and we are already planning our next trip! The whole family loved it, especially the two grandpups. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The easiest on any property we've ever stayed in. Having a complete kitchen and a grill in the outdoor made it so simple for laid back evenings after a day at the beach. Plenty to do just down the road if you are ready for a break from the beach.Our youngest grandchildren were begging for more days.

Vacation 2024

Everything as in the pictures. Owners super easy to communicate with. Lots of room for our Family vacation. Short walk to beach. They do have beach toys, chairs and various yhings for family on the beach. Our family was extremely pleased.

This property is definitely not on the beach. There are 2 houses in front of it. The location on the map is not accurate. The marker clearly is on the wrong house.

View was beautiful, quiet. We all loved it.

Would love to come back. Towel rack it master bedroom was loose, but other than that, property was great.

Comfortable family spot with good water views!

DuneWalk West provided plenty of space for our family of 5 and we felt like the pictures did not do it justice. Our favorite spot was the porch and its view of the water. Great for soaking up some awesome Gulf breezes and sunshine! It’s located in a more secluded part of Morgantown, which was nice for privacy’s sake. We enjoyed having access to the community pools as well. Would stay again if we returned to the area!

Family stay

Great location! Had a great time. However the house needs some maintenance. Beds were confortable however the top of the bunk beds were dirty and full of tiny mosquitoes. There was some leaking from the ceiling, and some of the furniture was old. Over all we had a good time.

Nice Unit!

Easy access/walk to beach without crossing any roads. Unit is a duplex with no common wall with the other unit so nice separation/privacy. Property Manager was very available and responsive through VRBO messaging.

Property was great. Had a great time . Internet and tv did not work all the time . Problems there. Ocean view was fantastic and easy to get to.

The home is the third back from the beach, but there is still a very pretty view of the water from the porch. Makes for a perfect morning coffee setting. The walk to the beach is fairly short, although carrying chairs, toys, and other beach gear with kids made me wish we booked a place with a walkway. The photos portray a very nice, well-maintained beach home, but we found the property to be quite different in person. While the beds and dishes were clean and the location was great, the home showed signs of deferred maintenance. Several interior doors, including the bathroom and bedroom doors, required significant force to open and close. The dryer was broken. Porch chairs were broken. Closet shelves falling down. We also found mold on the shower curtain, peeling paint, and a couple of holes in the walls. The downstairs area where the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are stored looked cluttered and unkempt, and the laundry room was filled with miscellaneous seasonal and household items, making the home feel more like a personal storage space than a vacation rental.None of these issues ruined our vacation, but together they made the property feel very different from the listing photos. At this price point, we expected a property that was well maintained, thoughtfully presented, and guest-ready. With some repairs, decluttering, and better upkeep, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Family getaway

We love staying in the Fort Morgan area. We had a good view of the beach from the house. The house has some issues- Hall wall is plastered but not painted and the ceiling in that area leaks. Sofa is very lumpy and not comfortable to sit on. Dining table was broken but usable. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room for the family. As I said, we love the area and were pleased with the beach access

Lightning fast customer service

Battery was dead on door lock, so we could not get into house. The owner fixed the problem quickly and without drama. Given the remote location of the house this issue warrants comment.

A friend and I took nine teenage boys for a beach trip. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and living area. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The unit had lots of privacy since it doesn’t share a wall with the other unit. The kitchen is well stocked except for Tupperware. The unit was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be cleaned and inspected. One of the pools was closed due to a One of the pools was closed due to a leak. Overall, we were happy with the unit and location.
