Overall, the trip was great. The condo is in a great location and I love the fact that the Balcony is closed in with the option of being open. Helpful for families with little kids. Young's reached out to me the morning of check-in that the elevator was down. Offered to send someone to help us take up bags. Super helpful. I was told on that phone call that the unit had been inspected and should be available for a 3pm check-in, that she would notify the first desk of ths arrival and to call 30 minutes so theh could ensure someone was there. We waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes because apparently the unit hadnt been inspected. The guy they sent to help witb luggage got lost. There were 4 bags of trash outside our condo door from the unit being cleaned for 2 days. We were also never updated about the elevator being repaired. Again, overall, we were pleased and would stay again.
