Terrible experience!! All the trash cans were full, I reached out to them all they did was move them to the road, grill doesn’t work, tvs don’t work. Had to call for them to bring amenities because they didn’t restock them, master bedroom couch is ruined, mirror in the master needs replaced, first floor bathroom toilet was not clean and plunger was in the shower wet and the toilet barley flushed, the air vent in the kitchen is very loose and will cause you to trip. The kitchen has mold on the celling from a water leak from the master bedroom shower. You speak with the management property and they just deflect, you don’t get access to the pool club house inside of kiva, half of these complaints have been previous complaints that they still haven’t fixed and it’s inexcusable
