Enjoy easy Beach access from "Bonnie Dune" our cottage on Little Lagoon!

Water views from every room in the HOUSE. Front and back decks for sunbathing or just relaxing and watching the sunrise and sunsets! Fish from the dock or bring your boat and launch it on the private boat ramp. Relax in the fenced yard under palm trees with your toes in the sand. The beautiful, white sandy beach of the Gulf is just a short walk away!! Pier 33 is conveniently one block away for groceries or other necessities. The Hangout is just under a mile down the beach!!

NEW for 2020 - SANDY BOTTOM !!
Sandy Bottom is a recently converted (2020), self-contained apartment on the ground level. It is 300 sq. ft. and has the third bedroom with a queen bed, full bath with tub and shower, and a kitchenette. Sandy Bottom is just like a hotel room on the premises! Super convenient if you have additional family or friends that want to join you for the weekend but like a little extra privacy!

A recent comment from one of our guests was that "this was the most relaxing time they had ever spent". We love to hear about the wonderful experiences our guests have at Bonnie Dune! It is peaceful, serene, relaxing, and rejuvenating! The backyard is perfect for the kids to play in the sand and water while mom and dad enjoy their morning coffee on the deck. If it is too windy or threatening storms at the beach, you can enjoy the backyard "beach" without the hassle of having to pack up everything to vacate the beach if the storms do come.

Speaking of the beach, it is simply beautiful and oh so close! Just a short walk to the 6th Ave pedestrian crossing across West Beach Blvd, and the public beach access. There is public parking available if you don't feel like the 7-minute walk to get there. There are also public restrooms and showers there for your use, but it is also very convenient just to walk back to the house if you forgot something (like lunch!). Bonnie Dune is accessed with a digital key-code, uniquely programmed to your stay. No worrying about lost keys, or who has the keys if different folks want to return to the house at different times!

"Bonnie Dune" is a very easy, comfortable, fun home and property. Our search for a beach home ended when we first walked in the door and now, we are excited to share it with you. We hope you have many memorable times here!
