We have been vacationing here for several years with another couple and we absolutely love this spacious 4 bedroom home! The view of the gulf is beautiful and we hope to be back again next year for more rest and relaxation. This place is good for your soul!

Loved staying at Flip FLops. The house was very clean and loved having plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Boardwalk is awesome to have an easy trek to the beach.

Excellent property

Property is in a great location. Beach was not too busy and dog friendly. There was plenty of room for our family and close to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Highly recommend this property. It was a bit pricey but we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful beach house

We had a great time! The home was very clean and nicely updated and the location, oceanfront, was perfect! My kids especially like all the beach toys and crab nets. Something to watch out for, the stairs in front are quite steep but the ramp around back made that climb easier. We would definitely rent here again.

This was the perfect set up for our family. The house was comfortable and beach access was so easy. It felt very private and we love the more natural envious versus the super crowded condo areas. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely book again

Clean property with an open layout allowing plenty of Gulf visibility. The staff at Beach Ball Properties is very kind and helpful should any questions arise. Peaceful vacation with dolphin sightings and lots of birds!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Beach Ball Properties does an amazing job on making sure it's clean. Love how close you are to the beach and you can sit on the deck and listen to the waves. This was our second trip there this year. Will be back again.

Great Family Trip

This was mine and my husband's third trip to Gulf Shores and our kids and their significant other's first. The home was awesome! Best stay yet. The views were amazing! We had dolphins in view daily. We would definitely rent this home again. Very comfortable. Very clean.

Great property

We had a wonderful time! Great property- great memories made with our adult kids/spouses. *would’ve like a little shade on back patio with perhaps an umbrella on the table, but not a huge deal. Fully equipped kitchen made our family dinners great. Thanks for the memories & we’ll look forward to future bookings.

Great comfortable spot!

This house was a great spot and very comfortable. Had everything you needed. We had 5 boys and 2 adults and were super comfortable. The house is right on the beach and an added bonus is the walkway deck out past the dunes to the beach. Definitely would recommend and be back!

Waking up to this home’s ocean view is worth it all. This rental was perfect for our family of 8. The adults all had great space in the rooms and the kids loved the sturdy bunk beds. With your own boardwalk to the beach, it is steps from the back door to your toes in the sand. The home was clean and comfy. We LOVED our stay and would recommend this rental again and again.

This place is all about the location. The location is amazing!! Right on the beach. But to top it all off, the house itself was perfect! Extremely clean, well decorated, and the beds and linens were super comfortable. House had a lot of good kitchen amenities, and the roku tvs were very helpful. The shower on the deck to rinse off after the beach was super handy and the beach spot was not crowded at all and had super soft sand and clear water! We had one minor issue with a deck board being broken. But we communicated the need and someone was there within the hour and it was fixed. Our family highly recommends this listing and would stay here again in a heaetbeat!!
