I was never answered when trying to contact the host online. It did take a day or two and then the property manager text messaged me on my telephone. they were willing to allow me to check in early which was still nice, and they gave me one hour later checkout time which I appreciated. I started asked questions about the Wi-Fi and the TV and the property manager did not know about the TV and said that there was no Internet, even though they advertise Internet. They argued with me back-and-forth and told me I mistaken and sorry for my confusion. I was highly upset to find out they did not have Internet , because I also had work to do and I really wanted to watch TV. I actually had to go back and take photos and use arrows to point out that smart TVs and also Internet was advertised. finally proving them wrong, I got no apology, and after theyno longer responded to my messages, until the next day. they gave me a code to get into the door, but never told me there would be more buttons I should press in order to open the door after the code, which took me over 30 minutes to figure out by trying different combinations. When I walked in I thought the place was very cute. As I was unpacking I saw a sign on the kitchen counter that gave a Wi-Fi net work with password. SMH!! After all that the TVs worked and they also had Wi-Fi!! They told me no WiFi and I was welcome to go next-door to the restaurant to use their public Wi-Fi. I was highly irritated because of all of the wasted time and energy, due to the lack of knowledge about the rental unit they were in charge of. It was not the host. it was the property manager. The bed was comfy, the shower was very nice, no bowls or cups or plates but did have silverware. The restaurant next doors food is so/so but the atmosphere was nice, beach right across street, the balcony at night was nice, and no one in sight after 11pm. The water view with the boats were nice to walk out to, and the price was very reasonable. The prop manager did check the next day to see how our first night was, but I no longer engaged with them after the hours I had wasted with them from before. I just couldn’t. I would rent again, but I would find out about local attractions that I couldn’t do for free like it said cause they couldn’t tell me anything about it, and you have to book 24 before hand which I didn’t know and found out to late after the fact. Besides property manager dealings and bad communication place was great! We❤️‘D
