  • Terrific 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom vacation rental with tasteful décor and furnishings located in Phoenix All Suites Hotel.

    ·         Living room with a flat screen television and Queen sofa sleeper

    ·         Fully-equipped kitchen

    ·         Breakfast bar has seating for two

    ·         Dining area table seats four

    ·         Built in bunk bed alcove in hallway

    ·         Master Bedroom has a King size bed

    ·         Master Bathroom with shower and tub combo

    ·         Gulf front balcony with table and two chairs
    One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
    *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
    For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

This room was as advertised. Some negatives, slow elevator, couch and chair in den area were worn and dingy, one side of the bed didn’t have a bedside table. A good and reasonable priced place for a long weekend getaway.

Great place to book!

We booked this place as a last minute vacation and we were pleased about the property. Beautiful beachfront and walking distance to many different restaurants and attractions. Truly will book again.

Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect! You can walk right to the beach then walk down the street for lunch or dinner. Property was clean. Check in/out was simple. Only downside was the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Overall-would stay again!

Wonderful communication from the property management group. The view of the gulf waste beautiful. It was close to many activities and restaurants. We will stay here again!!!!

Good stay

Never been to gulf shores before so I wanted to stay on the beach. It was the perfect location. Its an old building but our unit was clean and air conditioning worked. View was amazing pool was small. I would say if you are a pool person this is not a good fit for you. We walked to several places for dinner. Overall amazing stay.

Everything was good except the elevator. The elevator was a pain on how long it took. Most of the time I was faster to take the stairs and we were on the 7th floor

Right on the shore

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. We saw dolphins twice from our balcony. Our only compliant would be the elevators. Only one elevator worked during our stay and seemed to be extremely slow. It was very inconvenient.

It was in a perfect location . The only negatives would be that the couch was not the most appealing or comfortable. Also, the microwave did not work. Overall, we have stayed at this condo several times and have always been pleased

quick get away

This is not the first stay at Phoenix All Suites. I enjoy Phoenix properties. This particular suite 706 was not the best. The room had a stale mildew smell and the table on the balcony was extremely wobbly. Other than that the location is great especially for an adult couple. Close to restaurants and night life. Enjoyed the stay. Smell was bearable, just not the usual for Phoenix properties.

Weekend Getaway

The location was nice! It's next to a restaurant w live outdoor entertainment. There was construction going on on-site of the location. Elevator were not clearly marked so I had to call the front desk for assistance. The unit was dated but the overall fairly clean so it wasn't bad. The shower mats were old and needed to be replaced and the. Overall decent stay with a great view of the Gulf.

Family of four

This was perfect for our family of four! Very close to call restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the kiddos! The only complaints I have are the if the people above move around their kitchen chairs it’s very loud…should probably put some felt on them. And the elevator was slow, mainly due to cleaning crew blocking them to load their dirty laundry bags so it would be stuck on whatever floor they were on for quite a while: most of the time it was faster to take the stairs. However, I would still stay here again as the overall stay was not bad at all and plenty of room for the 4 of us!
