Nice condo right on the beach with great balcony view. Was very close to all the Gulf Shore attractions and restaurants, but was still pretty quiet.

The property is in a great location! Right on the beach and close to the main road headed to Foley. It was great for my wife and I.

The condo was perfect for the amount of time we intended to stay. The elevators were busy, but timely. The view was fantastic.

They never cleaned the bathrooms.

It's already old all the mattresses instead of resting they tire you more when you sleep and the dirty bathrooms I wouldn't recommend this condominium and the dirty and smelly elevators hot and old The truth is that you don't rest in this hotel

No laundry in condo was a hassle. Not telling us that mail forwarded to the address of our condo would be sent back and not telling us up front that we need to have mail sent to a different address. This caused several issues.

First time to Gulf Shores

This property’s location is ideal for someone who wants to be within walking distance of all the cool tourist spots and the beach, but not smack in the middle of it. Our only “complaints” would be: The parking is a really tight fit and the ramps are not ideal for non compact cars. The use of the two elevators by both the hotel employees and all guests makes for a long wait. Ideally a separate elevator for the cleaning staff would help alleviate the issue. Also, the listing mentioned laundry available, but didn’t provide details. Guests use the property’s housekeeping laundry room on the first floor. To use the machines you need to pay $1.50 each. There are four washers and four dryers. The housekeeping uses the machines at the same time as the guests, which limits availability. They are also located in the housekeeping office and lounge, where the employees are enjoying their lunches and break times. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. We will be booking here again in the future.

Great stay!

We had a great time aside from an emergency room visit...no fault of the Phoenix...for severe sunburn. The only complaints that I might have is that the tv in the living room did not work in room 1505, the online pictures definitely make the place look bigger than it is and the bathrooms are super teeny and bathtub was old. I’m a hotel snob though so that might not make a difference to anyone else. The king bed is so super comfy! Overall we had a nice stay!

Relaxing!

We had a great time!! The staff was very friendly! We had no issues with the unit, everything worked and it was clean. You could tell that there was a little wear in it but it is visited quite often!! It is right on the beach and Bahama Bob's is right next door which is worth you time to go!! Loved it and would go back again!!
