Wake up to spectacular sunrises, gentle Gulf breezes, and a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay from the balcony of this beautiful, privately owned penthouse condo located at Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club on the Fort Morgan peninsula offering the perfect escape from the crowds in Gulf Shores.

A parking pass of $40 per vehicle (2 allowed) is required. A link to purchase the parking pass will be forwarded at the time of booking.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a split floor plan with an open kitchen, dining and living area that will sleep 6 comfortably. Sleeping configuration includes a queen bed in the primary bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Linens are provided (sheets, pillow cases, and quilts) for each bed. Extra blankets and pillows are in the bedroom closets.

A starter pack of amenities are provided typically lasting approximately 24 hours containing a roll of paper towels, dish towel, mini liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen sponge, trash liner bag, and one roll of toilet paper and soap bar for each bathroom. Each bathroom is set up with 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, and hair dryer.

Items recommended for you to bring are paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee pods, beach towels, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your vacation.

The tv in the living room and primary bedroom are connected to cable. The tv in the twin bedroom requires a Roku or Firestick.

Washers/dryers are not in the units but there is a laundromat on the first floor of the building. Credit cards are accepted.

Monthly rentals available November-April

The complex offers an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. There are numerous pools and hot tubs outdoors along with tennis and pickleball courts, and a putting green.

This is a vacation community offering 24 hour onsite security, private white beaches, natural sand dunes, great surf fishing, and is adjacent to the Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf Club. Sassy Bass Island Grill is onsite where you will find the best tropical recipes served in the most relaxing atmosphere. Selah's-Fort Morgan coffee and ice cream shop is adjacent to the guard gate.

NOTE: Security camera/recording device - Each hallway and common area in and around the building is under surveillance by building security with audio and video capabilities.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
