Relájese con estilo con este espacioso condominio ubicado en Romar House. Esta unidad de esquina de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños en el 4to piso tiene su propia entrada privada y tiene casi 1700 pies cuadrados para que pueda disfrutar de su tiempo aquí sin sentirse agobiado. No se puede superar las magníficas vistas del golfo desde el área de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, TV plana de 32 'y reproductor de DVD. El baño privado ofrece un área separada de doble lavabo, bañera / ducha estilo jardín y mucho espacio en el armario.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the location and felt very safe. The only thing was in the front bedroom with the sliding glass door, it would not lock. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Very pleased

Pre-check-in communication was excellent.Check-in was very easy, mainly because Jodi’s instructions were so thorough.Condo was great. It’s even larger than anticipated, was clean and the corner location was super convenient. It’s also relatively close to the elevator and garbage chute.Well built and super quiet. We had neighbors but never even heard them.We had a couple very minor things come up, but Jodi was super responsive and handled them within minutes.The pool area was very nice and it’s in the shade after 3pm-ish, which was great for the kids.Parking situation was easy.The provided carts made transporting our things to the condo much more pleasant. Great stay and excellent host.I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Romar House 406B

We've been staying at this property each year for the last few years. Love the location right on the beach. This year it was especially nice as the weather was perfect. Love sitting on the balcony just watching the surf roll in and enjoying some relaxing down time. Unit is always clean and it's well-furnished. Property manager is just a phone call or text away, if needed. (We didn't.) We hope to visit again next year!

Family Weekend Getaway

Clean, comfortable unit, balcony allowed great views of beach. Beautiful Fall weather, slightly cooler than usual and smaller crowds than the busy summer. Perfect for our group.

Amazing Location and gorgeous condo

This condo was everything we needed for our week in Orange Beach. Very well supplied with kitchen necessities, beach items, linens and such. Plenty of space for 6 of us, great layout and comfortable beds and furniture. Patio is an awesome place to hang and watch all that is going on as well as relax with coffee. Beach access is great, pools are wonderful, workout gym was a huge plus for us as well. Everything is close. This condo was more than we expected - Jodi is great with communication and helping when we reached out. Thank you!!

Perfect for Family Trip or Girls Weekend

We loved this condo. Lots of space for our group, easy to get down to the beach and close to grocery and restaurants. Complex easy to navigate, beach was not overcrowded, would stay here again. In unit washer/dyer a plus.

Great place

This condo was very nice. It had a great balcony view, which is always one of my main concerns. It was spacious and had everything we needed in the ktichen except for measuring spoons. We just did lunch and breakfast in condo so we did not actually do a lot of cooking. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants.

Very nice and clean unit. It was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect amount of space for two families with teenage children. Great view and loved corner unit with private entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoy the condo.

Love being on the fourth floor had a beautiful view of the gulf. Condo very very comfortable except in master bedroom. We had to buy an extra fan for that room. Wish they had an Internet connected TV in the living room would have like to watch our streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime. Overall we would come back.

Great Condo and Location

My husband and I stayed with our two kids and my mom and had a wonderful time. Location is perfect on the beach and it was very easy to get out and do things. Condo is also clean and spacious! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Had a great time staying here. The place is much bigger then the pictures show! Customer serive if I had an issue was taken care of asap even when I said it was not a big deal! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would definitely stay again!

The building is old, had some cockroaches and the pool was not cleaned every day! It could use a new dryer it was very had to get the Close dry. A lot of work going on the building and it was impossible to sleep in or take a nap during the day
