Hermosa unidad de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños se encuentra en el piso 11. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king, vestidor, TV de pantalla plana, acceso al balcón y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y TV de pantalla plana. También hay una sala de literas con literas dobles. El salón tiene un sofá cama para dormir adicional, así como un televisor de pantalla plana grande, reproductor de DVD y acceso al balcón. La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Esta unidad tiene un cuarto de servicio con una lavadora y secadora grandes. Everything from check-in to check out was seamless. I did take pictures of a broken chair on the deck and the shower door in the master bathroom that was off track when we arrived so that I wouldn't be charged for any damages. Lovely stay and my grandchildred loved the pools!

Location/condo was great! Only suggestion is to get a different trash can as the foot pedal on the current trash can is very frustrating to use.

Long Weekend with Family

Condo was exactly as expected. Short walk to the beach. Splash pad/kiddie pool was perfect for the grands (ages 3 and 4). Easy check in using keypad.

Great experience

Had a great stay! Whatever issues we had the staff were quick to respond, which is all you can ask for. Great communication, great location. Parking spaces are TIGHT in the parking garage so if you're driving a large vehicle then just park outside. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Check in was a little late. Elevators was slow the first day but that’s to be expected anywhere on check in day. The room had everything we needed, huge balcony. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Great place was construction which was active but probably over by now.

Once the outside updates are completed this is a great spot. Nice pool but could not use it due to construction. The unit itself was great and in great order had everything we needed. I would recommend it post construction.

Exactly as we’d hoped

Perfect views, comfortable beds and furniture, clean and pleasant. Kids liked that the main pool was deep while the shallow water was reserved for the kiddie pool. We were also pleasantly surprised that the condo had beach chairs, toys, floaties and umbrellas that we could grab to use on the beach. It was also convenient that the banana boat rides had a dock right on the beach to Seawinds! The provided carts to help get gear/groceries up to our condo was a plus. The only suggestions we had was the garbage can was hard to open with such a small foot peddle and that the pools closed when it rained, though I’m sure that’s a safety issue, especially since there was some lightning.

Great vacation

Was a great condo, only issues we had was the elevator not working, and the mattresses was uncomfortable. Will recommend to other people.

The deadbolt on the door would not lock. The property manager was notified multiple days we needed it fixed and no one ever called or came. They finally called today to get in to fix it- two days after we left. We had to barricade the door with chairs at night to feel remotely safe during our stay.The paper towels, trash bags, soap is very minimal in what was provided. Two chairs were broken on the balcony as well as the sliding shower door - which both of these things were broken in a review earlier and never fixed and were hazards for our little kids. We have never stayed anywhere and been this disappointed with the place.

The only problem we had was the coffee pot didn’t work and the couch was lumpy and uncomfortable. The decorative pillows leaked feathers everywhere in the living room.

Great location!

Check-in was a little sketchy since our code didn’t initially work and we couldn’t check in until right after 4pm. Other than that it’s a great location, super nice condo/facility, amenities; The only issue we had was the elevator being super slow for everyone.

Wonderful Experience

2nd experience with SeaWind Condo. This Unit was on target with cleanliness and comfort! We were hesitant about returning for this vacation as the 1st unit we rented was below par but we were very very pleased with this unit! The elevator situation is a hot mess but we understand there is a plan for more elevators coming this fall. Will definitely return without hesitation once the elevator situation is corrected.

Family Vacay

We had a lovely time and the Seawind resort is a favorite. There were 7 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies available. No salt pepper or condiments were in so plan to pick some up somewhere. There was a blender that was not on the appliance list so that was a pleasant surprise. Thermostat does not set lower than 68 degrees which was ok for us. If you prefer it cooler you may not like it.

Great Condo

The condo was beautiful. Night 1 our HVAC went out, but the property management maintenance guy was FABULOUS! He was so nice and knowledgeable. They had to call the HOA approved company to technically fix it, which was unfortunate since he wasn’t the most professional. However, the air was fixed and the trip was great! Wish the pool was bigger, but the walk to Sea N Suds was worth it.

Great place and great location

The location was walking distance to many restaurants and a market across the street. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The blender was not working during our stay and we texted Liquid life rentals and we had a new blender the next morning. The ac never got below 73, but they checked it and said it was fine. They did supply us with 2 fans to make it more comfortable. The biggest downfall is the elevators. They need more! The waits were 10-15 minutes during peak times. Overall I would stay here again! Location is perfect and had plenty of beds for our big group. Gym and pools were all nice! We rented beach chairs and they took great care of us! Parasailing and other rental are right next door to the condo. All of our needs were taken care of!
