Well-appointed unit in a terrific property!

I really like Island Royale. Not too many units, walking distance to a few places, and as I frequently travel with only other women, the security is important to me. Nothing about this place is sketchy. Mr. Joe the security guy is always so very friendly, even the young people working for Ike’s Beach Rental are super friendly and courteous. This unit was very well-appointed - THREE choices of coffee makers, which was a pleasant surprise for this caffeine addict! The bed in the main bedroom was VERY comfy, and I’ve stayed in some rentals in which that was not the case.Communication with the management company was frequent and clear, and checkout was a breeze. Start the dishwasher, make sure the thermostat is on 75, and hit the road. Will definitely book here again.

Beachfront Condo

Being able to wake up and walk straight out of your bedroom to the balcony, seeing the waves crash against the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. Within minutes, you are able to walk from the condo to the beach. This is the only way to see the beach. Pictures do not do it justice. Equipped with more than is listed, you don’t need much other than yourself, food/drinks, and beach items! I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Enjoyed the stay

Our stay at this beachfront condo exceeded all expectations! The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with coastal-inspired furnishings that perfectly complemented the stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sound of waves each morning was absolutely magical.The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were extremely comfortable with premium linens, and the bathrooms were spotless with plentiful towels and toiletries.Location was perfect - just steps from the beach and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. The pool area was pristine and never overcrowded.The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This beach condo provided the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We've already booked our return visit for next year!

Amazing beachfront views

Condo is right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. We were able to see dolphins in the water 3 of the 5 days we were there. Check in and check out process was extremely easy. Pool was nice and kiddie pool was good for our kids. Beach was never so packed that you couldn't find a spot. Only downside is that there isn't anything close to the condo so we had to drive a lot. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing beach stay

The walk from the condo to great spot on the beach was short and easy, even with a full beach wagon. Be sure to bring condiments, seasonings extra tp and paper towels, etc we had a gret time!!
