Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños está ubicada en el 5to piso en un complejo de baja densidad y ha sido bellamente renovada. La primera suite principal cuenta con una cama King size, acceso al balcón, TV de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas y baño principal con bañera y ducha separada. La segunda suite principal cuenta con 2 camas Queen, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y baño adjunto. Hay una cama Queen en la tercera habitación, así como un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. La acogedora sala de estar tiene un gran sofá seccional, hermosas vistas al golfo, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y acceso al gran balcón privado.

La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de cuarzo y una gran barra de desayuno. Esta unidad dormirá un total de 10 con un sofá cama. La unidad cuenta con lavadora y secadora estándar y wifi gratis.

Clean and roomy with a great balcony!!

We were very pleased with the entire unit! Very clean! Easy to get to room from parking lot, great access to the beach, well stocked kitchen. Great views from huge balcony!

Family beach trip

Grandparents family of 6. Condo was spacious, with nice furnishings & nicely updated. Comfortable beds. This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in- everything you need for cooking and baking. Great beach view from the patio. Perfect location . We enjoyed our stay!

5th condo view beautiful

The condo was decorated with beach vibe, Best view of beach being on the 5th floor. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed to cook. Enjoyed the stay. Issues were fan broken in third bedroom, hair dryer broken in third bathroom. Couch white was spotted here and there was dirty. Floor carpet dirty spots and not vacuumed in areas. All bath showers and tubs very dated.

Nice Condo

My overall experience was a good one. Condo was nice. Had a few cosmetic issues and the couch had stains on it when we arrived but all beds were nice and clean. Check in was delayed about an hour due to the condo still being cleaned but our family enjoyed our vacation and would book again.

Perfect beach location

Even though the building is old, the unit was decorated nicely, had plenty of room, and provided lots of chairs on balcony for great Gulf views. Communication with managing company, Liquid Life, was excellent. Place was clean but did have to ask them to come and clean all ceiling fans since they were covered in black dust. There were a few stains on white slip covered sofa and also on white pillow sham on one of the beds but I guess that can be expected when everything is white. Would come here again.

Gulf Shores 3-generation family vaca

My two adult children, 4-yr old granddaughter, and I enjoyed our 3-bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf and pool and look forward to doing it again. Beautiful condo. Very relaxing stay. One con... I've stay in VRBOs several times a year and have for many years and this was the first time we had to buy so much extra stuff that was not provided by condo owner... beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. Every VRBO beach condo I've ever stayed in has a closet full of stuff for guests to use. So just be prepared for the extra costs.

Vacay

The place is beautiful, and so cute.. we all began to get sick after the first night.. after looking around black mold was in two of the three showers.. beside the air vent in the ceiling, in one of the bathrooms, and all in the ice maker.. with the price we paid, the black mold was crazy. The bathroom outlets also quit working the first night. It’s a cute place, but needs better cleaning..

college friend reunion

5 lifelong friends from all over the east coast spent a partial week at the condo in Gulf Shores. It met our expectations overall but the balcony exceeded our expectations!! We spent the majority of the time there when at the condo snd not sleeping. We did however have to bring a chair out from inside to accommodate 5 of us sitting. Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only minor complaint is that the slip cover on the couch was dirty but being how it was white, not easy to stay white. Beds were comfortable. We had a problem with flushing one of the toilets but it was fixed right away. The screen on the balcony door exiting the living area needs be replaced as the screen was pulled away from the frame. We loved our time in Gulf Shores and would definitely recommend this condo!!

It was fine

The property is fine but the showers are really outdated and the white couch is actually really stained. i didn’t feel comfortable sitting there because it felt dirty. the washer/dryer stopped working and i messaged the property. they said someone would come fix it, but they never did. other than those things, beds were clean so was the kitchen and check in was easy.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious condo. We loved the large balcony and spacious bedrooms and baths! The ice machine was a great addition too. We have zero complaints (besides the elevator being soooo slow) and will definitely be staying here in the future!

Perfect spring break getaway

Beautiful property. Clean and spacious. Excellent location. There were no pots upon our arrival. Contacted the property manager and they quickly brought new pots for us. Amazing customer service

Not the same as 2 years ago

There was a huge difference between our stay 2 years ago and this time. Deficiencies during this stay included: Being provided a single use of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and garbage bags, only one hand towel was provided for the kitchen and bathrooms, the dishwasher sprayer and top rack were broken, the dryer is old, rusty and doesn’t dry, and the overall cleanliness of the condo was poor, including mold/mildew in all the showers. We will definitely not be staying in this condo again.

Management was not up to par.

When we checked in, we were told the dishwasher was not working and the dryer vent door needed replacing. Maintenance came by and told us they would have to send someone the next day because no one would be available on Sunday. No one showed up on Monday. We figured out how to put the vent door on and get it out with a hanger and made do. On Tuesday I called to ask if someone was coming to fix the dishwasher. They said they didn't see where an order has been put in. I called back Wednesday and the girl was rude like I was asking for too much. On checkout day Thursday it remained broken. We washed the dishes by hand which was no big deal but not a sanitary idea for those coming in behind us. As far as the condo itself, it was great. It was very clean, well laid out and exactly as described. There was nothing to complain about with it, but the owners might want to look at the group managing their condo.

We loved this condo. It was super spacious for 9 people to stay. Kitchen was super nice and loved the balcony/beach view. It was nice for each family to have their own bathroom as well. Beach access was super easy and the pool was great. Convenient to all the gulf shores fun as well. Thank you so much for a great week!

Gulf Shores for Christmas

Everything with this condo was wonderful! Our family loved the direct access to the beach, and that this is a smaller building. There was plenty of room for everyone in the spacious 3 bed/3 bath unit. One of our favorite features was the balcony where we were able watch the sunrise and sunset. Another positive with this condo was the communication via text with the management company. They provided an easy way to contact them during our stay and even texted to make sure we had everything we needed after our first night. They also clearly laid out how to reach them if we needed anything. One suggestion: It would have been nice to have an owners manual with details and directions. For instance, the main TV in the living room was quirky. We would be watching TV and sometimes (not every time) when we'd change the channel the TV would loose all sound. The only way we could get sound to return was to turn the TV off and then back on. The other TVs in the condo did not have this problem. If there had been directions included this might not have been an issue.

Nice place despite a few things to improve upon.

On check-in the place smelled cleaned, but the kitchen could have been cleaned a little better and also the master bath had sand in the bottom of the bathtub. The layout of the place was great and we loved the ice maker. Master bed was not comfortable at all. Definitely needs a new mattress. Ceiling fan in the master was noisy because the blades were loose. Top rack of dishwasher was missing a wheel caused the rack to sag to the right side. The dryer was outdated and it took three cycles to dry the towels. Convenient location to the beach. No trash shoot but dumpster located near the road But we liked the double trash can in the kitchen. Key Code entry is a definite plus.
