The property had a good shower and the kitchen was well equipped. The king bed was way too high and the property manager said that we could buy our own step stool. The one available stool was for a child. I removed pillow cases for washing and I was totally grossed out by the nasty pillows. The manager did send some new pillows but why should we have to experience the filth. There was a leak underneath the kitchen sink and the stove. We were without use of the kitchen for 40 hours. Again the filth that I found underneath the stove was nauseating. For the first month the dishwasher and disposal didn’t work well or not at all. The dishwasher and disposal were replaced 3 February. The washer’s spin cycle doesn’t remove the water. Clothes were sopping wet. The balcony furniture looked as though it was taken from the street. The wicker was missing from the arms and tape was used. One chair’s back had the biggest hole. The rugs are filthy. Underneath the sofa is total filth. This rental was the worst along with the property manager. We did enjoy the Gulf view and the sunrises and sunsets.
