    THINGS TO KNOW

    Crystal Shores West will be undergoing building restoration from mid-October through November 2026. Workers and equipment will be present during standard hours, and construction noise will be audible. Construction dust will be airborne and may be blown out of the work area by the sea breeze. Parking and walkways may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Amenity access may be limited or unavailable as needed. The condo and location was nice . We were very disappointed that the outdoor pool and hot tub was closed for construction and we were not notified until our arrival.

Our stay at Gulf Shores, AL

had a wonderful time! Condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view. Check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. Had a wonderful time.

Great location right on the beach. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee at least for the Keurig in the room. Also the body wash in the shower was not restocked by the cleaning staff before we checked in. You can only use the sauna during office hours & someone has to unlock the door for you to get in it, so if no one is in the office, you can’t use the sauna. I would suggest bringing an extra roll of toilet paper. The toilet paper was very thin & depending on how many is in your family, it won’t last long. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would book here again.

Nice condo

The condo was exactly as advertised! Amazing view, clean, comfortable and secure. The security staff were very friendly and even retrieved and returned a bag my daughter had left on the beach!

Spring break

It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and made the 6 days a breeze. Felt very at home. The shower head was a little disappointing.

Clean for the most part. Bathrooms were kind of rusty old but I'm sure that is from all the salt water. We had a party of 6 and fit comfortably with the younger boys on the sofa bed.

Nice view very equipped kitchen

Little dated, but very comfortable. Nice balcony. Sliding doors need some attention, Has nice parking area.

Summer vacation

Beach was great the whole week. Nice and easy to get too and from. The only problem we had was the first day we were there one elevator was not working and trying to get to the room to unload all the stuff took forever.

Bedroom carpet

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Please please clean or replace the master bedroom carpet. It is VERY stained and dirty.

Great location.

Great location. Would be nice to have chairs and umbrella available to use to save the cost of renting each day in the beach. A new coffee pot was still in the box but would be a nice touch to have filters available. Also simple spices like salt and pepper.

We LOVED our stay here!!!

Even with Hurricane Nate's impending arrival, we felt safe and informed from the Crystal Shores West management. This is a beautifully maintained unit/and facility!!!! We WILL be back and want to stay in this same unit!!!!!

Great ocean front location

The location is perfect but the condo needs a complete upgrade. All the furniture needs replaced or a deep deep deep cleaning as well as the carpet.
