Was a great time. Family friendly but steps away for good time for adults as well. The bunk beds are perfect. Had my son and daughter use those baby shared our room. Plenty of space and clean. Staff was helpful every step of the way. Safe feel to it as well. Walking distance to cafe/ Ice cream and adult features liquor stores and great beach bars ECT. Would recommend this for families or friends trip.

A few of us stayed 3 nights. Property was on the beach. Pullout sofa not too comfortable for an adult but we made the best of it. Easy check in and check out. Everyone at the property was very nice

Perfect trip

Views are amazing, condo is small but still has everything you need. Beach was clean and family friendly. We could walk to anywhere we wanted and Walmart was just a short drive away. Check out process was very easy and cleaning responsibilities before departure was simple and realistic unlike some places I have stayed. My kids and I already want to go back.

Weekend stay for soccer

Why not stay on the beach while my son was playing in a tournament in the area? Location was great room was as expected for an older complex. Communcation from excellent! Price was better than most standard hotels around for basically a mini condo.

Beware! Not individual owner.

This property is not listed by an individual owner. It is listed by Brett Robinson management company. They manage a large majority of all vacation properties in the orange beach/gulf shores area. If I wanted to book through them I would have gone on their website. I booked through vrbo because of its title. Rentals by OWNER! What you get when renting through a major rental company is an auto generated response to questions and concerns. Check in should have been by 4:00. At 4:00 we were told it would be after 5:00. At 6:00 they were just starting to clean our unit. We were finally given a code for the room at 7:40 pm!!! This was a trip for my 48th birthday. Good thing we didn’t have dinner plans that night!! We received a call the next day around 10 am to apologize and offer the choice of a late check out or an amount off of our cleaning fees. As far as the room, it was fine. As advertised. Great location. Beach front. Check in was the issue and the deception of it not being listed by an actual owner. We were told they had 44 check ins and 4 housekeepers. Be aware of this before booking.
