Nice house overall

The mattresses are awful! The house was sort of clean but not super clean, dishes in cabinet were dirty, had to wash before use. Mildew in showers and sinks. Doorknob in master going out to balcony about to fall off! Microwave handle broken. I’mnot complaining but fixing these would improve the stay. The stairs are killer with heavy suitcases!!! Nothing you can do about that but man….

Perfect beach trip without rain!

Location was perfect and beach was great every day of our week! Our daughter and son in-law loved the beach and canopy setup for full days on the water. We did not catch but had fun crabbing and fishing on the lagoon from the dock. Wonderful seafood every night at dinners in and out at Original Oyster House, Zeke's, and Desoto's.

It was everything we wanted and more! We loved this beach house. It was well stocked and we really like the layout. Lots of common areas as well as three full bathrooms. The pool and the beach were easy to get to. We will stay here again.

On Point

I was a little hesitant about staying across the street from the beach. However, this house was very convenient to the beach access(literally across the street) and ended up being perfect for my three boys! The main floor bathroom was great for washing off sandy swimsuits and little boys to minimize sand everywhere! We would definitely come back.
