Our family was able to enjoy the comfy home with one another. The house was very clean and communication with the property management was simple. It was an easy walk to the beach. It was a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. We’d love to stay again.

This is a great place to stay! There were 9 of us & we had plenty of room. Two couples had the two king size beds, and 5 kids/teens each had their own bed. Beds were comfy. Each bedroom had its own good sized bathroom. Pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean, kitchen well stocked. Easy & quick access to the beach. Pool & hot tub were nice. Each unit has its own grill with propane. Freezer is a bit small & narrow, so go easy on buying frozen stuff! We’d stay again & highly recommend.

House was clean and kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, pans and dishes needed for a large group! Beds were comfortable and house was beautiful. There was a little crack along one of tge upstairs door jamb when we arrived but it wasnt anything that disrupted our stay or looked bad! Just noticed it upon arrival. Everything was immaculate and housed our group of what ended up being 5 adults, 2 children, one teenager. Will definitely stay here again!

We didnt get to stay in the house we booked due to a "system error between vrbo and the propery owners" which caused a doible booking. We were moved to a different location about 10 miles....(which put us further from other family vactioning with us that had booked a remtal 1 mile from our original bookingwe had to wait about

Our group consisted of 3 mothers 3 high school senior boys and 1 adult sister! The bunk room was perfect for the boys and each mom got her own room with a bathroom! We had plenty of room in the living room area for all of us. We had a bad day of weather and made it into a movie day and we could all lounge together. The house was very clean! Loved the layout! And any communication we had was promptly responded to! The boys played cornhole by the driveway area every night, the pools were very nice, the middle one blocked the wind on the days it was too windy for the beach. The location was amazing! We were walking distance to a small grocery store and there was also a restaurant and ice cream shop there, which we visited both and recommend both! The beach was a short walk, and the main strip was a few min down the road. We quickly learned a few back roads that allowed us to avoid the main intersection of town. Most of us had never been to Gulf Shores before and I will be returning! All the moms started discussing a couples trip while we were there and we will rent this property again!

We all live in different states and decided to have a beach trip reunion! The house was beautiful, so close to the beach, and very accommodating for the large size of our group. We loved it! Perfecto!

This was simply beautiful! Very spacious bedrooms and living area! The kitchen had everything we needed! So close to the beach and 2 different pools to choose from! Would love to stay here again!

I was here with my mom and dad, my sister and her husband and their three kids (ages 9, 11, and 14) and my kids (ages 14, 17, and 20). It was a very comfortable fit. 16 people - what the listing says it can hold- would be doable, but not ideal. Maybe fine if kids were really little - then they could sleep two to a bunk. Super clean overall and very awesome to be so near the water. We used the pool and hot tub every day! Good location, not too busy but not too far from shops either. Very family friendly area.

We fully enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of our kids and grandkids. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was a very short walk away.

Very nice property, matched description very nicely. Only a couple of issues which were resolved. Cable tv issues, not the properties fault and missing iron and ironing board which were resolved. Overall excellent property!

The property was in a nice area, the house was very clean and was provided with pretty much everything to have an awesome stay. Every room has its own bathroom, which is nice for everyone staying. Walking distance from the hangout in gulf shores and all other attractions in the area. Highly recommend staying here for a vacation trip.

- Seemless check-in and out. They even let us come a little early when it was clean. - Immaculately clean and new property. - Ocean view from balcony - 60 second walk to beach. - Fantastic communication - Fresh bedding guarantee was a huge reason for picking. No more used quilts on the bed making you feel nasty like most other properties. This itself is a reason to come back. Our family of seven stayed 8 nights. We stay in Gulf Shores multiple times a year for several years and this is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. You could wear white socks in the house and leave with white socks. I know this is new and hope people take care of it as we did. The kitchen was equipped with good quality tools to get the job done. A basket with light blankets in the living area was a fantastic touch on cool evenings. This is a new complex and there was some construction noise taking place nearby on weekdays. It looked like they were getting to the end of all of that and it should be coming to an end pretty soon. We contacted the manager about a few things unrelated to the house that were going on in the complex and they were prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about making a fix. They were right on top of it within an hour. They made it right and left us with a positive feeling. We will absolutely come back to this house and we will absolutely use this property management company again. You'll be thrilled with the location and accommodations. I cannot say enough good things about Kendall, Abby and Aliceyn with Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals who helped us along the way!
