The house was clean and located in a great spot. The host Blake was really good at communicating with me about any questions I had. The beach amenities on the property came in handy for our day at the beach. Check in & out was easy. We enjoyed our stay!

The rental was clean and check-in /checkout was seamless. However, it is definitely not designed for anyone with any kind of physical limitations. The entrance just to get into the condo was very steep and difficult to carry luggage. The upper floor was very warm at night even with the AC on in October.

The condo is in a great location for the beach and restaurants. It was clean and perfect for our families weekend get away. The owner fast with responses and very helpful with any questions I had. The pool was clean and there were pool items avaliable to use. Overall a 10/10 stay and we plan on coming back.

Excellent condo that’s right across the street from the beach! Condo was clean and recent renovations made this a wonderful place to stay. 4 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Real close to all the restaurants and things to do, but wasn’t too busy or loud.We would absolutely stay here again and will be checking availability next time we come back to visit Gukf Shores.

Renovated and Ready for Your Stay!

This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The condo appears to have been recently renovated and offers spacious living quarters. From outside, you walk upstairs and enter the kitchen with a bedroom and full bath to the right and a nice sized living room on the left. Stairs are located around the corner which carries you to two large bedrooms upstairs that share a Jack and Jill styled bathroom. Beach access is right access the street. Very nice property and host. Will do business with again!

Gulf Shores Softball/Vacation Trip

Blake's condo at the Sands was perfect for our trip to Gulf Shores. Condo was as advertised, clean, and in a great location within walking distance to beach and the Hang Out. Entry was easy and never had a problem communicating with owners. Will definitely try to use again when in Gulf Shores.

Great visit!

My family spent a week at the property and was very happy with the cleanliness, safety and location of the property. The property (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) were clean upon arrival. The area (beach, streets, etc.) seemed very safe. My family felt safe walking the streets at night. The location was awesome - super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Blake was a great host and would recommend this VRBO.

Our stay at this comfy condo was nothing less wonderful! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the beach access was almost directly across the road. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring break

We drove from Kentucky for spring break with the kids. The condo was wonderful, upstairs and downstairs private patio area lots of beach toys. Very close to the beach. Large pool and deck. We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Two balconies overlooking the pool and a sand volleyball area close by. I’m rambling but I can’t say enough good things. It was more like home than a condo.
