Ubicado en el noveno piso con una vista directa del golfo de México con un balcón privado. Disfrute de una vista impresionante de la zona del océano, la piscina y el jacuzzi. El balcón tiene una mesa y 4 sillas y una tumbona.

El salón tiene una vista atractiva de la playa y el Golfo de México. La sala de estar cuenta con sofá y silla con TV / DVD, conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita y conexión inalámbrica a internet.


La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, desechador, tostadora, cafetera y una mesa de comedor con cuatro sillas y dos taburetes. La unidad tiene una lavadora y secadora.


El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una cómoda de tamaño completo y un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 32 pulgadas con un DVD Blu-ray incorporado. Desde el dormitorio principal tiene una vista de la pequeña laguna. Ubicado al lado del pasillo hay un baño completo y dos literas.

Stunning View!!

The condo has such cute beachy decor and Regina is a great host. She called me prior to my arrival and explained everything. Easy check in with the front door key pad. We loved the 9th floor view, it was amazing!! The location is quiet, but within 15 minutes of tons of restaurants, shops and activities. This condo is clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Seacrest 9th Floor

We had so so much fun staying in the Seacrest Condo on Gulf shores! It was our home away from home for a week. The view is absolutely beautiful and we got to see Dolphins from our balcony. The pool, hot tub and beach access was amazing! We went swimming everyday! The elevators are fast and they have multiple carts to use to bring groceries and belongings up. The condo has charcoal grills to use and we cooked out a couple times on those. Bring your own grill utensils- we had to buy some but not a big deal! So many restaurants, ice cream shops and souvenir stores within driving distance. The Hangout was our favorite place! We had dinner there one night and had ocean view seats with amazing entertainment! Our kiddos enjoyed their pirate and princess breakfast on the weekend! Our family went to the beach every evening with flashlights (the condo provides 2 flashlights) and went crab hunting which was so memorable for our kids! Overall we had an amazing time and we will be back! Thank you Regina and Tim for your hospitality and great communication!

Amazing Condo

Seacrest Unit 906 was an amazing condo to rent for the week! The location was perfect for us! The elevators ran nicely all week and we never had to wait. The condo itself was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for our week stay! The view from the 9th floor was breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse with an ocean view

This condo is very nice. Top floor with nothing but pool and white sand beach between you and the gulf. Very clean, modern, and nicely equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Pros: Great location and view Nice decent sized beach Easy access to beach Keyless entry Cons: -Cleanliness (rugs dirty & thrown on top bunk; hair on comforters; extra blankets in closet dirty; hair clogged bathroom tub drain) -antiquated -nosy fridge -need more towels hooks -poor Wi-Fi bandwidth to stream movies at night on living room tv -not a thorough listing of items for use in condo -we had to contact owner day of arrival to get condo access which we had difficulty doing -owner unnecessarily contacting us during our stay -parking -not very well maintained, certainly not for the price

We have stayed in multiple condos over the past 30 years in our travels abroad and in the states and without a doubt this condo is the cleanest and nicely decorated condo we have stayed in. Kudos to the Nichols.

This is a great place to stay!

Our stay at Tim and Regina’s place was wonderful. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the view was wonderful. Our family of 5 (2 adults, a teenager, a preteen and a toddler) was very happy and would stay again!

Clean, adorable., condo with a fabulous view.

Perfect location, right on the beach and close to everything you need. The view from the balcony was lovely and offered a cool breeze early in the morning and late in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable and all 4 of us slept well. The elevator was fast and efficient anytime we needed it. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean and easily accommodated all guests.

I would totally stay here again!

Condo and property were nice! You could see some minor repairs are still being made from the hurricane, but overall very nice! Regina was so incredibly kind and made sure to check on us! Our kiddos loved the view and thought the bunk beds were the coolest! We would stay here again!

Short but Sweet

The property is immaculate clean, very cute decor and cozy. Great view. The only regret we have is we had to leave early due to a hurricane. Working with the owner was pleasant and a great experience. We only got to stay 2 nights, but we will definitely return. We have stayed at Seacrest many times and this is our favorite property so far.

Home Away From Home

The Condo was perfect and just as described. The view was breathtaking and had a great walkway with shower to rinse off with after coming back from the beach. Regina was so helpful and made you feel like you have known each other forever when you talk with her. They have games for your kids and you to play and movies as well. The pool was clean and hot tub was great. Highly recommend staying here at their Condo! We definitely will be coming back!
