Lovely condo!

Clean, modern/up to date decor, and within walking distance to so many good restaurants! The walk to the beach is short and sweet. We love our stays at San Carlos!

Wonderful rental property in ideal location!

Property is ideally suited for family staycation. Close to food, entertainment, and right on the beach. It doesn't get much better!

Great spot!

My family and I enjoyed staying at San Carlos. It was a wonderful week with great weather. This rental was clean, easy to access, and great spot for The 51st Shrimp Festival. We would love to return here!

Amazing Property

Great Proximity to the beach. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and chairs. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful Property

We all thoroughly enjoyed this unit and the entire property. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of space. The property is in a great location within walking distance to the Hangout and other locations. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, amazing beach!

We loved our stay, building has good amenities, excellent location, walking distance to a lot of fun things and restaurants, but far enough to be quiet and calm. Beach is wide and clean right in front of the building. All the basic necessities in the bathroom and kitchen.

Last minute luck!

This was a last minute booking that we lucked out on. Condo is very nice, clean, great location on the beach. Three elevators, excellent property management communication, and we LOVED the condo. Thanks for an amazing place to stay!!

This is a great unit, right off of the elevator, and there is easy beach/pool access. The building’s location is is walking distance to many things which is great. We just wish that there were hangers in the closets and maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen. Over all we had a great time!

Great Stay

We had a great time! The views were amazing and it was the perfect place for us. Just spacious enough and having the washer/dryer was so helpful. The frying pans need to be replaced they are very worn so cooking with them was a challenge and we struggled with making sure the door locked. It did not lock behind us on it's own. We did love that the door was right off the elevators woohoo! Overall it was an awesome stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great unit, beds are rough

This unit was very nice and served our purposes well. We had a few issues with the unit, but someone showed promptly to get everything in working order. It's quite and clean, but the matresses are some of the least comfortable I've ever used.

Several bedrooms needed updated mattress as they were very uncomfortable. Also latch on sliding glass door was difficult to reach and close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this beautiful condo. The only thing I would change is the master bedroom mattress. Also I left my favorite Swig tumbler and notified them within 45 minutes of leaving the condo. I was told someone would look for it but I never heard back from them after leaving two messages. Overall I would definitely stay here again we loved it!!!

Great location

It was a great location, dislikes were, no parking passes provided, you had to buy them i under stand if you have more than one car but one should be provided. Only one bath towel per person was provided could have use two. Also for as much as they charge for a cleaning fee the floors were filthy and a few other things could have been cleaner. Likes were everyone was extremely nice and it was a good location and the room was very well equipped.

San Carlos 1705 Family Vaca

We loved the location! The property manager was amazing to deal with. We had an issue with the a/c and she had it repaired quickly. The unit needs a deep cleaning. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them because they were all dirty. The floors made the babies feet black on the bottom. The beds and the master shower could use some upgrading. The master bed felt like sleeping on a boxed spring. And master shower and tub could be improved. We’ve stayed at other units in this building and love this area.
