Private Beach House in the heart of Gulf Shores!

  • New home in the heart of Gulf Shores. Perfect vacation spot offering privacy and convenience. Close to all that Gulf Shores has to offer - shops, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and of course beaches!!! Several public beach access points are an easy walk away - 2 short blocks or 0.2 miles. The main Gulf Shores Public beach "Gulf Place" is only 0.4 mile away as well as the location for popular events such as Shrimp Festival, Hangout Festival, and beach volleyball tournaments. The house offers a primary suite with a queen bedroom and ensuite full bathroom. There is a second private bedroom with a queen bed, a small bunk room with 4 twin beds, and a second full bathroom with a double vanity. The main living/kitchen areas are open and conducive to visiting as a group. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities including large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, drinkware, etc. There is a large center island with seating for 8. The deck overlooks the marsh and offers a picnic table for outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. There are 3 smart tv's - one in the living room and one in each queen bedroom. Parking for up to 4 vehicles at the property. Everything about this property is "Just Peachy."

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    * Free guest parking - room to park 4 vehicles on site.
    * Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's (no satellite/cable available; antenna for local channels in living room), and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with seating.
    * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
    * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

    POLICIES

    * NO Smoking.
    * NO Pets.
    * Must be at least 25 years old to book.
    * Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
    * Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
    * A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.
    * Rates subject to change up until time of booking

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just like it looked in the pictures. We will definitely go and rent this house. Grandkids didn't want to go home.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house was clean and the location is great. Easy walk to the beach and to our favorite restaurant Mikees. I would recommend to the host to add some type of seating on the lower level for when guests are using the grill. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were large. Loved the storage in the closets. No ceiling fans are in the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time. House is near National Park and a short walk to beach and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan we needed. Most importantly it was clean. We had an issue with a tv which ended up just being batteries. The owner had batteries delivered before the day was over. We would definitely stay again.

Winter Golf Escape

Nicest place we've stayed in our years of vacationing in Gulf Shores. In the exact area we prefer to stay, convenient to everything we frequent. Excellent terms and communications from booking process thru stay.

The property was very well kept and very modern. The proximity to the beach and surrounding attractions was better than I expected! Very nice place to stay with family.

Loved staying at this property. Would rent again if in the area in future. Would have loved to be Oceanside, however this is local and for the price PERFECT!

Great communication from the host. Perfect location, you can walk to the beach in 5 min. and lots of shopping and restaurants in less than 10 minutes of walking.
