  • Tropical Winds #703 is a beachfront 7th floor condo with an exceptional view of the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. Large gulf front area with a new pool and loungers. Four beach chairs, four beach towels, and beach umbrella are provided within our unit. We’ve added a recliner and other decorative updates that aren’t showing in our pictures! Book in advance for better prices.

Perfect location for the beach weekend we were looking for. Cindy and Christopher were very communicative, and the condo was clean and peaceful to stay in!

Great Winter Getaway

The condo is well-furnished, roomy and clean with all the comforts of home plus some extras. There are relaxing beaches, lots of places to walk or hike and a great variety of restaurants all close by. The balcony has a great view of the gulf where you can spot passing dolphins, watch a variety of seabirds or just soak up some sun.

Perfect Place

My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and this stay was wonderful as well. You can’t get a better location. It’s right on the beach and we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing vacation

We were not only blown away by the view outside but inside of our condo as well! It was perfect for our family of four! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again in the same unit.

Great condo

We stayed 7 days and it was amazing. The location was great. The condo was as listed. Very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s in walking distance to everything, but can definitely be walked to a few restaurants and stores as we did. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Gulf Shores!

Great spot with a beautiful view!

I rented this with my spouse and another couple. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean and comfortable. The view was worth it in itself! Could sit on the balcony all day. They had toiletries available for the bathroom and laundry detergent as well to wash clothes. Would stay here again!

TROPICAL WINDS 703

This is an amazing condo. From the view to the decor, you are on the beach. The owners answered any questions we had as we prepared for our trip. It was an amazing week. We will be returning to Guld Shore and this condo will be our first pick. The only change I would have made, is that I wish we were there longer than just a week.

Vacation 2021

The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Location was great. Close to all the places we go to when we come down. Could’ve been stocked with a few needed things… dishwasher tabs, toilet paper,pods, trash bags. Only provided 1 of everything. Not expecting a-lot of those things but a few would've been good. Glad we brought our own!!

Absolutely Stunning Views

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. We were very pleased with our stay over the Labor Day weekend! The condo was as listed. Very Clean! All information was provided to us ahead of time and we had no issues at all with the rental process. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. The 7th floor had amazing views to the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play from our bedroom windows and/or balcony. The beds were very comfy, and the washer/dryer was very convenient for the washing for clothes and towels. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was exactly as advertised. I loved having my morning coffee overlooking the beach and ocean. The dolphins swim by off/on ALL day but watch out for one or two smallish sharks cruising the shallows in the A.M. The gulf waters were warm and inviting (after the sharks swam off of course.) The condo itself was like walking into a friend's home. It was clean, comfortable and lovingly decorated. I missed having smart TVs but watching tv wasn't exactly the purpose of the trip. The WIFI signal was strong throughout the condo and balcony area. The property was well-maintained and lighted with security code locked gates/doors. We felt safe the entire stay. The pool was cool and clean. I took advantage of it every day after my beach time. I love that it had areas in the shade to hang out in. I missed having a hot tub on the property but at the end of the day, you know what they say about those things anyways. We were surprised to find out there wasn't WIFI at the pool but probably a good thing. It meant mother got in more book reading and I got in more pool time. Overall this was the perfect beach getaway for our mother/daughter road trip. Will definitely stay here again!!

Condo was awesome- building and “amenities” pitiful

I’d have to say the condo itself was very impressive. The owners were great on communicating with us and the only issue we had ( fuse was out on stove ) was resolved quickly. The problems had was with the building. You can’t call a room that ONLY has a treadmill- a fitness center. Having a fitness center at our location was one of the deciding factors in choosing that condo too. Also, we couldn’t never sit our on our patio nightly and evenly rarely in the morning because of all the other tenants smoking marijuana on their decks. I’m not a smoker but we ALL knew what that smell was. Other problems that occurred was glass was around the pool numerous times and on two separate occasions that week - mind you on days apart. Two people got cut by the glass. One of the injured in her 20’s and the other was a 4 year old child. The management never enforced loud music issues that occurred on numerous floors above and below us. They really one seemed concerned about the parking lot and passes than the other problems especially garbage all around the building, or making sure Lucky the dog didn’t go in the elevator. We enjoyed our vacation and the room but will be looking at other options if we would ever return to Gulf Shores.

Nice beachfront condo!

Exactly as listed. Well appointed beachfront condo. Great experience and communication throughout the process. Convenient to restaurants and a short drive to attend a concert at The Wharf.

Beautiful updated condo with amazing views!

We were there the week of 4th of July 2022. Condo is beautiful and updated with modern kitchen and baths in both bathrooms. Nice amenities in room such as big washer and dryer (for all those beach towels ), and nice updated kitchen. A/C works like a champ, which is certainly important in the heat of summer! Beds were comfy and good starter pack of supplies provided. The only thing we wish was in kitchen could have been a crockpot, but understandably owners can’t think of everything. Pool could have been cleaned more often but obviously this is not owners fault either. Overall excellent unit on 7th floor with gorgeous views and owners were very easy to deal with! Would certainly rent this unit again!!

Perfect

Perfectly located on the beach. Such a short stroll. Not crowded like neighboring condo buildings as this condo is smaller. My favorite was drinking coffee on the balcony watching dolphins play and other sea creatures swim by- early in the morning. Pool was perfect. Had a few extra touches other places I’ve stayed have not. Thank you again.

Amazing time, wish we didn't have to leave!

First time in Gulf Shores, and my family and I couldn't be more happy with our trip. Property was as advertised in the pictures online. Property was immaculately clean at check-in. All instructions regarding condo access and gate access were provided ahead of time. Mrs. Pearson was very prompt with any and all questions prior to our arrival. Condo was located in a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Can't wait to go back!!!
