Arriving at this unit, you will appreciate parking just a few steps from the front door of your condo. Once inside the decor and amazing view will surely take your breath away. Tile floors, floor to ceiling glass, upscale furnishings are just a few things that welcome you in the door. Enjoy 2 King Bedrooms + a twin bunk room with TVs in each room. Both the master and the living room in this unit run along the Gulf side of the condo and have doors onto a balcony with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The third floor location puts you high enough to have privacy but still in the perfect location for the best views and to listen to the waves rolling in...

Lovely clean unit. Parking at the door to unit. Kitchen fully stocked. Tastefully decorated. Heavy blackout curtains. Easily booked. All questions to owner answered quickly and completely. Appreciated attention to detail and 2 king beds! Great lanai and beautiful beach view!

Property was great. Love being on the beach! Also having the condo right outside the parking lot on 3rd floor was very convenient. The check-in with getting a parking pass was a bit annoying, but that is on the building itself. Heads up there is a 50 parking fee. I must have missed that in the listing. All in all it was a great property and location! Would def stay again.

More than what was expected! Very nice.

The pictures online really don’t do the condo justice of how actually nice it is. We parked and walked straight in the room, no need for elevators or stairs to carry luggage. Didn’t have to drive anywhere! So nice we decided to stay an extra day, and the host made everything so easy.
