Fun Family Vacation

Fun for the whole family! Close to everything you would want! Food/restaurants, groceries, alcohol, gifts shops, and ice cream. No need to get in the car if you don't want to, but lots of fun things to do nearby if you do drive around a bit. Our family of 11 ranged in ages from 4-13 for kids and 35-75 for adults. Everyone was happy :)

Best condo

This was the perfect place! We had a fabulous time. There were a few repairs needed but nothing that stood in the way. The condo had everything we needed. There is construction going on across the street that starts at 7 AM, but hopefully they will finish that soon. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the trash disposal chute!!!

With other locations, trash disposal is an inconvenience. With Gulf Place, you simple place the trash daily in the Trash Chute and don't think about it again!

Spring Break Trip

This condo was in a great location; close to the beach and restaurants and shops, etc. It does get a little loud at night having the Hangout next door, in case you have little ones. We had plenty of room and the washer and dryer definitely came in handy!

Gulf Place (402) city view was perfect for my family! Big living area, good quality pots and pans for cooking, nice big king size room with in suite bathroom. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach! This place is a yes yes yes.👍🏾

Deep sea fishing trip

Several friends came in for a deep sea fishing trip and this location was so close to the marina and also to restaurants! Easy walk over to the hangout and the beach! It wasn’t as much fun to see Alvin’s island out my window but you can’t beat the location and the size of the condo for the couple that stayed with us! So roomy and nice place! Would stay there again!

Ready to visit again!

Great property, location and host. So clean and perfect for my family. Park the car and walk to everything you need. The beach is in the back yard. Beautiful boardwalk, clean. When you are tired of the beach head up to the pool! When we didn't eat out, we cooked in the kitchen with all the cookware we needed. So many restaurants within 0.25-0.5 miles. Can't wait to stay again! Thank you!

I’m a pretty picky guy that will let you know the good and bad when questioned. This place was perfect from A to Z. Party of 10 adults and everyone felt the same about the facility. We will be booking another trip at this location.

Wonderful location and facility.

While overall our visit was great, one toilet didn't work well, and no one came to fix it after a call to the concierge early in our stay. Also, a little extra toilet paper would have been nice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Best place ever!!

This Condo will not disappoint anyone!! It was immaculate inside, rooms were nice, all king size beds and balconies. The 5th bedroom had two single twins. Anything you want or need is all within walking distance. The sitting area and pool upstairs are awesome, just sit back and relax. I will definitely be back here for sure. We also got discounts at local places due to staying here which is an added bonus. Thanks for the most excellent time.

Family Reunion

Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and location of the property!! Plenty of room foe our large group and the condo was kitchen was perfect for cooking large family meals. The rooftop pool was amazing and the condo had a beautiful view of the beach from the living and dining area…

Very new and spacious. Big bedrooms and large living space. There's no parking on site but not a bad walk a block over. No ice machines and grill but you are able to purchase everything in the store right below the property. The rooftop pool area was great.
