This condo can be easily enjoyed by six adults or a family. Condo is on the second floor overlooking the zero-entry pool. Watch the kids in the pool or on the beach from your balcony.

We pride ourselves in making your condo comfortable with all the necessary items furnished for your convenience. Our condo has received a 'Superior' rating. If there should be a problem with your condo, a contact will be available 24 hours a day.

This is a non-smoking condo and we ask that if you have teenagers or college students coming to stay with you at the condo, that an adult be present at all times.

Additional Information: Reservations are required. 1/2 of the rent and the $150.00 damage fee is required at time of booking. The $150.00 deposit fee shall be fully refunded based on cleaning and damage inspection after renters leave the premises.

Refunds will only be given if renter notifies us, in writing, 30 days in advance of the start date. Payment in full is required two weeks in advance of arrival. We accept personal checks, credit cards, or money orders.

We will make your reservation and trip easy. Upon final payment, we shall text/message you information on parking passes and code to the lock box that is on the unit door. Keys to the unit are in this lock box.
