THE SPACE
Welcome to sunny Fort Morgan Alabama! A comfortable stay away from your busy life.
The condo is 850sq and on the 2nd floor. Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated complex with 24 hours security. Our condo is located right off the beach with quick access to the outdoor pools and other fun activities. The 16' long balcony is ideal for watching the waves come in onto the beautiful white sand beaches with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!

If you want to get away from the crowds, but are also looking for a quality beach vacation, this is the place for you! 20 minutes drive to Gulf Shores downtown and 30 minutes to Orange Beach.

What we provide during the stay:
- 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest
- 2 hand towels per bathroom
- Master Bath: 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper
- Guest bath: Same as master but only 1 roll of toilet paper
- Starter packs with essentials such as 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher detergent and 1 coffee packet. We also include 2 kitchen dish rags and 1 kitchen towel.

Limited 2 cars per unit.
A link will be sent with the check-in instructions to complete pre-registration AND purchase a parking pass. Each guest vehicle arriving at the guard house must have a UNIQUE printed registration and parking pass receipt.

NOTE
- Insurance is STRONGLY recommended, especially in hurricane season.
- $200 security deposit upon booking. No authorization hold will be placed. Guests will only be charged if the damage occurs or late check-out. The security deposit will be refunded on the 5th day after the check out. You may see the security deposit is reauthorized during/after your stay. This is because the hold only lasts 7 days.
- Pest control: every 3rd Monday of the month. Someone will temporarily access to the unit with the property manager.
