Espaciosa muy bien decorado, condominio, para no fumadores cuenta con todas las comodidades para su placer de vacaciones. vistas impresionantes frente al Golfo desde el balcón sala, comedor, cocina, dormitorio principal y esquina. Por la noche, estaba en su cama extra grande, y dejar que la calma de surf a dormir. Por la mañana, fijar una taza de café y ver los barcos, ya que están dejando el pase para ir a pescar. También puede ver a los delfines de crucero por. Cuando esté listo para la playa, no hay largas caminatas aquí - usted no puede permanecer más cerca de la playa que el Breakers. Very relaxing time.

Great location. Had a little difficulty getting the code to work for the key retrieval. Walking on floors in white socks indicated they could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, our stay was all we wanted it to be. Thanks for the hospitality.

Pros:Location was wonderful.View from the deck great.Beach was very clean and nice.Communication with host was very prompt and detailed. Bed was cozy and spacious.Complimentary dish, dishwasher and laundry soap was very appreciated/Cons:Photos are very deceiving and don't represent how much updating the unit needs. Fridge was dented, scuff marks on the wall. Tile floors were old and looked dirty. Mold on the master batch shower liner.Table in living room was left dirty. Kitchen could use a few more utensils / like a pizza cutter would have been helpful.And to get in you need a manual key, just one given so was hard to lock be gone when other family needed to get back in.It definitely needs some renovations and feel as if I could have gotten a nice condo for the same amount we had paid

Good condo

The building is a bit dated but is totally functional and in a good location with a great view.. The interior was nice and beach access and quality is very good. Beach chairs are not plentiful so you need to go early or bring your own. The management has great communication and is helpful.

Not what we expected

Upon arriving we had an issue getting the key from the lock box. We called the number given on the check in email, and the person that answered tried to help but was unable to walk us through openeing the key box. While he was calling someone to help us we finally figured out the lock. There needs to be an explanation on how to open the box for those unfamiliar with this type of lock. We found dirty dishes in the silverware drawer, and had to run everything through the dishwasher before they could be used. The vent covers in both bathrooms were dirty and had to be cleand. The popcorn ceiling above the entry to the kitchen is pealing off and we found pieces on the floor. None of the three TVs in the unit were working, we checked all the connections and insured the TVs were plugged in. We found this to be the biggest issue. This is the first time ever staying with a VRBO property that we had no TVs that worked properly. I'm not sure what service they subscribe to in this unit, but it took thirty seconds for the channels to change and only a couple of stations would work. Had I not brought my laptop we would have had no TV at all. On the inside of the front door, the knob was about to fall off, and entire week we thought it was going to come off in our hands. We had to move the double bed in the small bedroom, because it was pushed up against the closet, blocking access.

Wonderful experience!

The interior is just as pictured! Wonderful space, and the location...PERFECT! Right ON the beach. I did have to call when we arrived to clarify check in/parking info but he answered my call and that took care of it.

Weather warnings

We were unaware that there was minimal tv access before arriving. If you don’t stream(which we don’t) you can’t watch tv. We called a couple times for help, but that didn’t work. We were there during a hurricane/tropical storm and couldn’t access local tv to see what was happening! We felt very unsafe!!!!! And water was coming in the sliding glass door at 4:00 in the morning, which we cleaned up for you. Ok condo, but definitely not safe!
