    Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 3rd floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, there is an additional sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for occupancy up to 12.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

    Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo is as spacious and lovely as the photos suggest with easy access and excellent beach views from the east to the west. It was well provisioned with supplies and comfortable furniture, beds, and linens. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves any more and would stay here again without hesitation.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was nice and set-up perfectly for three couples. The large balcony where we spent most of our time had a great view of the beach and the pool.

We loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Condo was great! The size was great for 8 people!! The building is the perfect size! Only 4 units max on a floor, 4 elevators and so no long wait at all!! This condo was such easy access from the parking ramp to bring all your stuff in. The patio is huge, a very nice space! The pools are very nice! An indoor with hot tub and outdoor with zero entry and a slide fun for little and big kids! There is an exercise room on the second floor you just have to get the code from the front desk. Easy beach access. We’d definitely stay in this building again. It’s walkable to so many restaurants and shops!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay. The balcony views are truly something special—soft white sand, the sound of the waves, and beautiful sunrises each morning. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and just enjoy being there.The condo was comfortable and well cared for, and the location made everything easy. It was perfect for biking and easy strolls to restaurants and ice cream shops, which gave it a fun, beach-town feel. The pool area was a great bonus, and our grandkids absolutely loved the slide—they were in the water like fish most of the trip.It was the perfect balance of relaxing for the adults and fun for the kids. Everything was just as described, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish.We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked with this property management company again for next year!

We had an amazing time staying here with our group of 10. The condo was wonderful and well stocked with the essentials. The ease of parking was so convenient. The beach was beautiful. I would recommend this condo and locarion to anyone.

This was absolutely the best vacation property we’ve rented. Clean, spacious, well-equipped. Plenty of extra items (trash bags, coffee filters, detergent). We always bring our own but it was nice to have back-up items. Beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Great pools. Parking on the same level as condo. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great location and beautiful condo! I really appreciated the extra amenities like toddler dishes, toddler table, extra dishwasher pods, k cups, olive oil and seasonings! Those are things we have never had at other stays. The only complaint I have is that the floors were VERY dirty. Our feet turned black on day one. I used the swiffer provided but it didn’t help much. The floors need a good deep clean. The bedroom rug needs a good shampoo also, pretty nasty.

Check in was fast and easy. The kitchen was awesome. It was very well stocked. We brought supplies for cleaning the kitchen and also for the laundry but it was stocked with everything. We also had plenty of coffee and creamer, we were very happy with the amenities and everything there. We hope we get to stay there again.
