Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a well appointed home with fantastic ocean access. The beach area was not busy at all and we were there over Labor Day Weekend. There are a few restaurants in the area, but with the beach privacy you would have to drive to get to a “town”.

Perfect location

Perfect location steps from the beach. Loved that it wasn’t crowded, beautiful views from the home. It had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to stay here again and make more family memories.

We had a fantastic time! The house was great with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Beautiful views, and the beach is just steps away. We definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful well taken care of home! Everyone was comfortable and so happy with the location!

Renting this property was easy, the communication with the property manager was perfect. The home itself as well taken care of extremely inviting for a large group of people! We loved how close it was to the beach. We will absolutely rent this place again! Noah’s ark was great!

Our plans were originally to fly to Tampa and go to Anna Maria Island but the hurricane canceled all our plans. We couldn't have picked a better plan B.

We had one issue with electrical outlet not working to charge our golf cart and it was resolved within 2 hours. We highly recommended this property and working with Coastal View Vacations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was great and had plenty of room, furnishings and supplies for our expanded family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids. We've been renting homes on the beach for over 30 years and Coastal View Vacations provides the best experience--by far. The reservation process is fast and efficient, the check-in and check-out is easy and the communication is proactive and informative. Jen and Cheri are fantastic. And also big thanks to the guy who took our trash cans up and down that long driveway during the week! We'll see you again next year!

Perfect Getaway

We were able to have an amazing vacation at this house. The beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. The rooms were all a nice size, the kitchen and family rooms were also great. If I had one complaint, it’s that I didn’t like the note in the thermostat REQUIRING guests to keep the AC above 72 or threatening the AC unit would freeze and we would get charged - we usually keep our house cooler than that and this got frustrating after a warm day at the beach. Overall though it was A+ and we will 100% be back.

Reviewer Comments: My husband, myself, 3 of our grown children and their spouses along with our precious 5 grandchildren could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. The space was incredible and accomodated our large family perfectly. The proximity to the beach was incredible (75 steps, I counted!) Everyone commented on the ideal location. The property manager checked on us regularly and were so helpful in answering all questions. We plan to make this an annual destination!

Noah's Ark; Great Place for a Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is well-located in Morgantown on the beach. The views from the interior are superb with the Gulf view from a "wall of glass." About 6.5 miles down the road is Fort Morgan with the Mobile Bay Ferry that can take you to Dauphin Island for a day of biking. About 4 miles towards town is a new fine dining restaurant, Jesse's on the Bay. Noah's Ark is well-maintained with all the features you want for a Gulf vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Noah's Ark! The house was clean and inviting. The owner was in contact with us from beginning to end. The ice maker was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing. Two things to note: - You are not supposed to leave stuff on the beach overnight, but people do. We could not set up right in front of the house because another group kept their stuff up the entire time we were there. This, of course, does not go against the home itself. - While the upstairs bedroom is lovely, the morning sun shines through the upper windows. So if you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing an eye mask or sleeping in the master bedroom downstairs. Same for the bunk on the loft. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just finished our week vacation in gulf shores. We LOVED staying in Noah's Ark. The home was beautiful and spacious. Lots of seating and a large table kitchen table plus bar stools with space to eat at the counter. This was perfect for our large family of 9. The house was Very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. There is a toilet and shower down stairs outside which we loved so we could rinse and clean off after being on the beach. The house is right on the beach which we loved with amazing views! Highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!!

The house was very clean and everything was in good working order. We have rented other Ft. Morgan houses in previous years but all decided this was our favorite. Management company was easy to work with. The only issue we had while there was a noisy group that wanted to set up their beach tent very close to ours. They had accessed our area through the nearby public beach access. Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Noah’s Ark to others looking for a beachfront home on Ft Morgan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for years and always love it. This is our 4-5 year at this specific home. Best views and the family loves it. Over the last couple years its a little sad to see that the property isn't being maintained well. The main bathroom ceiling has a significant amount of water damage, most rooms have large drywall cracks. Unfortunately we were welcomed by many many cockroaches which continued through the duration of our stay. Noahs Ark you can do better bc I've seen it. Great property mgt company, quick responses and professional attitudes.

Also VERY large covered area for cars or children to play. Disappointed could not set up Commercial tents. As you age you need shade at beach, and carrying a tent and chairs each day was a downer. Will have to consider that next time. Everything worked get. Liked ice maker and drink cooler. The floors and mattresses seemed new. Very good experience.
